- Solar Consultant - Northeast Florida
Ben is a seasoned solar professional, focused specifically in our Northeast Florida residential market. He has been working as a solar sales representative; educating homeowners on the cost-saving benefits of solar installations since 2017.
Brett attended Georgia Tech and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering. Brett went on to serve in the US Navy where he dedicated his time in Nuclear Submarine Service. Brett brings over 20 years of commercial construction experience as a solar contractor and continues to personally develop his team to this day. Brett is responsible for daily operations as well as the growth and financing strategies of the company. We are honored to have Brett as our President, knowing this would not be possible without his sacrifice and commitment to excellence.
SEM Power stays running smoothly with the leadership and experience provided by our Administrative Director, Deana Emes. Deana is responsible for managing the finance and accounting, human resources, and operations. Deana's integrity and attention to detail ensures the success of SEM'S core group of leading business professionals and the customers we proudly serve. Deana is regarded for her ability to create talented professionals by mentoring those willing to learn from her 24+ years of experience.
Jezi has multiple years of field experience as our service technician and is now our in-office manager of new commercial and residential projects. His technical background helps to provide a detailed understanding of each project - large & small.
Matthew provides quality designs for SEM's highly valued commercial, EV Charger, and Energy Storage customers. He has a background of 5-years in the administration field, with a focus on delivering excellence to all. He currently holds a North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) PV Installation Professional certificate. The NABCEP is the most respected, well-established and widely recognized certification organization for professionals in the field of renewable energy.

Based in Jacksonville, Michael heads up our northeast Florida residential sales division and has been specializing in the solar industry since 2014. Well-versed in the latest solar technology, Michael knows what products are right for each customer.
Randall is our in-office coordinator as well as a service technician. Certified to service both Enphase and SolarEdge systems, he is our go-to expert for keeping your system at full operational capacity!
