Kendra is a licensed agent and has been a part of the team since Shomo-Madsen acquired Halfhill Insurance Services in Mingo in the fall of 2020. Prior to that, she was an agent with Halfhill Insurance for eight years. She also has five years of company experience working for Nationwide Insurance in their commercial and auditing departments.

Luke is an agent at Shomo-Madsen Insurance, joining the team in November of 2018. He is a graduate of Marshalltown High School and pursued his love of rodeo in college while earning his BA and his Master's in Business Administration. Luke has several roles that revolve around a personal lines specialty and enjoys finding solutions to any risk and exposure our clients might have.

She became part of the Shomo-Madsen team in 2010 when the bank agency she had worked for as an insurance agent since 2004 and a mortgage lender prior to that was purchased by Shomo-Madsen Insurance.
