Sapphire began its Investors in People journey in 2016 and were delighted to once again be accredited the Investors in People Gold award for a further three years... Throughout these challenging times, our staff have continued to deliver for our residents and we thank them all for their service and commitment. Their dedication is critical to the success of our organisation. As well as providing services to residents, staff members were heavily involved in the implementation of a new IT platform - HomeMaster, introduced to improve our information systems. It was a real boost for us that 100% of colleagues said they were proud to be part of Sapphire.
