Brandon Liptak

Brandon Liptak is our receptionist and IT support person. He has been in recovery from heroin addiction for 9 years. He graduated from Canon-McMillian High School. He has worked at South Hills Recovery Project since 2012.

Dr. Allan Clark

Dr. Allan Clark has been treating opiate addiction with bupronephrine products. Having struggled with his own addiction, he understood the desperate need for effective treatment in our community which has been in the midst of our Nation's most deadly drug use epidemic. Using his personal journey of recovery to guide his office practices, Dr. Clark brought a new outlook to the treatment of addiction and the recovery process. DR. CLARK; Dr. Clark Is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. He completed his training in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center. He has practiced in Western Pennsylvania for the past 20 years. For the past 10 years, he has specialized in the treatment of Opiate Use Disorder and related mental health conditions. He founded the South Hills Recovery Project in 2011 to meet the demands for quality care for those suffering from addiction to opiates. He has successfully treated thousands over patients and helped them regain a good quality of life.

Dr. Manuel Reich

Dr. Manuel Reich, DO is an adult, child, and adolescent psychiatry specialist. He has been practicing for 32 years. He graduated from New York Osteopathic Medicine-New York in 1982. He completed a residency and chief residency in psychiatry at State University of New York (SUNY) in 1987. He went on to complete a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at New York University-Bellevue Hospital Center. He currently is Medical Director in Medical Management and Policy for Highmark Health. He has held positions at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and the United States Public Health Service. He is Medical Director in Medical Management and Policy for Highmark Health.

Dr. Mark Waters

Dr. Mark Waters completed medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He went on to complete a residency in Internal Medicine at Allegheny General Hospital. Dr. Mark is board-certified in Internal Medicine and has spent most of his career as an Emergency Room physician. He has spent most of his career as an Emergency Room physician.
