Aaron Fritz

Aaron Fritz has been deep in the Security space for the last 15 years. Over the years his love for fixing issues thrusted him directly into the technical support side of life, which led him down the rabbit hole of finding issues, fixing them, and implementing strategies so others could easily avoid. The first half of his career was focused directly on manufactures, where he developed and executed strategies to build a brand from the ground up. Now he is happy to share his knowledge and experiences to others getting into the Service Industry. Aaron has been a part of the LUX Technologies path since the beginning, and now because of his knowledge and experience with Todd Fitch, Aaron is a member of our SIS Marketing Team. Brian Fitch

Brian is a family man. He shares his passion for life with his wife of 19 years, Mary. 3 sons and 1 daughter keeps him constantly on the go and he would not have it in any other way. If he is not with his family, he loves to travel and explore the world. Brian has a passion for working with others and seeing them realize their successes and achieve their business goals. Prior to joining the SIS Marketing team, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Point Security where he oversaw the day to day operations from August 2009 - December 2018. Currently, he serves as the VP of the Affiliate programs & Director of the SIS Mastermind. His role is to oversee and manage the preferred partnerships and services offered by the company and to network with service industry professionals to educate and provide opportunities to Grow Their Businesses.

Heather Fitch

Heather Fitch is of course married to our CEO and Mastermind Mentor, Todd Fitch. Like Todd, Heather is an Entrepreneur with several of her own business endeavors. Most recently, Heather opened a one-stop salon, The Glow House, in the Downtown Historic area of Georgetown, Texas. They offer services from Microblading to Nail Care. Heather is additionally a Member of the Mastermind experience, where she learns from other business owners about growing The Glow House's Social Media Presence, Search Engine Optimization and Service Industry Best Practices. As a member of the SIS Marketing Team, Heather handles our Billing Department. Anything from Partnership Agreements to Membership Dues are run by Heather. Todd Fitch - CEO

Todd Fitch was the acting CEO and President of Point Security, out of Austin, Texas, from 2007 until 2019 when Point Security was acquired by Onit Home Service. Although Onit is out of Dallas, Texas, Todd still heads the development team. Throughout his years with Point Security, he oversaw the installation of 20,000 plus Resi Panels in Texas alone, while he expanded the company into the Commercial, Automation, and Fire space. In 2015, Todd took part in another company to complement the work his was conducting in the Security space. Thus, LUX Technologies was born. LUX Technologies manufactures security equipment specific to the CCTV/Video space. With the mindset of ease and functionality coupled with mass distribution through Wave Electronics, LUX, in a short period of time, has taken a large market share away from the competition. The line is still exclusively at Wave Electronics. In 2018, Todd launched SIS Marketing in an effort to guide other businesses to achieve elevated growth and success in the Service Industry, utilizing tools and connections Todd and his team have acquired over the years. Todd Fitch is a husband and father first, and an Entrepreneur second. Todd LOVES the grind, he lives for it. He learned early on that school wasn't going to teach him what he needed to live the kind of life he wanted. Recently Married, he left school and moved to Dodge City, Kansas to take an opportunity to have someone pay him grown up money to learn grown up business. He stayed with that company for 5 years, moved to several cities, managed several fortune 500 clients, and by the time he left he was Head of Sales, living in Denver, making good money and had a bright future in the corporate world. Not good enough! No matter how close he was with the owners/board members, no matter how many times he was promoted, the obvious truth was it would never be his. He always knew he was born to have his own business. An opportunity arose to join his brother in growing Point Security. After a series of twists and turns in the early days, they relocated the business to Austin, TX, where they have now been for over 10 years. In 2019, Todd sold Point Security to ONIT Home Service out of Dallas, Texas. During his time at Point Security however, he was the acting President and CEO for 12+ years, where he oversaw the installation of 20,000 resi pannels in Texas alone, while expanding the business into the Commercial, Automation, and Fire space. In 2015, Todd started another business to complement the work they were doing in the security space. This is where LUX Technologies was born. LUX manufactures security equipment specific to the CCTV/Video space. With a mindset of ease and functionality coupled with mass distribution through Wave Electronics, LUX has in a short time taken a large market share away from the competition. Todd recently sold LUX Technologies to WAVE Electronics, a mass distributer out of Houston, Texas. Of course Todd did not stop here. In 2018, SIS Marketing was born in an effort to to guide other businesses to achieve elevated growth and success in the Service Industry, utilizing tools and connections Todd and his team have acquired over the years. In addition, Todd and his team launched the SIS Mastermind program in 2019 to create an experience for Service Industry CEO's. Todd wanted a platform that would allow mentorship, coaching, networking, discounts on various business needs and exclusive content that ultimately would help grow businesses.
