Sky Home Rentals LLC is a property management company that service the Salem/Keizer metro area and surrounding communities... We saw an opportunity to combine our love of real estate, our experience managing our own rentals, and the love of interacting with other people by starting a property management company. At the same time, we formulated our services and fees to truly reflect the shared risks and rewards between the property manager and owners. We never understood why rental owners took all the risks, while the property manager is awarded for taking no risks at all. This is how Sky Home Rentals LLC started.
