Shawn M. Montgomery Community Health Services, Inc. (SMMCHS) is a community based corporation providing goal directed culturally sensitive face-to-face therapeutic interventions which focus on the mental health/behavior of youth age 5 - 17 and their families within Erie County. Using the wraparound philosophy of care our services are family driven, youth guided, community based, and culturally competent. Services are provided in the home, school, clinics, or other venues approved by the child & family team for the duration of 3 - 6 month.
