Chuck Weiss is the Chairman of Insight Sourcing Group's Advisory Board. He had an extensive career in corporate management and management consulting. He was responsible for top line revenue as a Vice President of a $700 million division of RJR/Nabisco; previously Chuck held senior management roles at several other Fortune 500 multinational corporations.
He helped build Weston Group into a premier business strategy consulting firm with clients such as Sharp Electronics, Time, Inc., Nabisco Foods, Hershey Foods, Colgate-Palmolive, Pillsbury, Kraft Foods, Unilever, AT&T, Brown-Forman, and General Electric. After selling Weston Group to Computer Sciences Corporation, Chuck was Senior Partner & Executive-in-Charge of the Growth Strategy Practice and Executive-in-Charge of Global Client Relationships. Upon retiring, he formed and chaired CSC's Advisory Board.
Chuck currently leads Charles Weiss, LLC, where he serves on company boards, advises CEO's, and makes private equity investments. Mr. Weiss also serves on the boards of the Eissey Campus Theatre and the Witness to War Foundation.

She has over 30 years of expertise in creating global vision and strategies, building world class procurement teams and driving operational excellence across diverse industries including consumer, technology, financial, consulting and health care.
Currently, Cynthia is the Associate Vice President of Supply Chain at Geisinger, a comprehensive health system with 13 hospitals, two research centers, a college of medicine and a 510,000-member health plan in central and northeast Pennsylvania. She is leading the expansion of indirect sourcing and the centralization of contracting across the enterprise health system.
Before joining Geisinger, Cynthia was the Vice President of Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer at DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 IT services company. As part of a merger integration, Cynthia optimized a $12B spend portfolio across top rated supply chain partners and stream-lined a global organization of 1000 supply chain team members while integrating two different cultures, teams, processes and systems.
Previously, Cynthia was the Chief Procurement Officer at Kimberly-Clark, where she was responsible for $15B+ of both direct and indirect spend. She created a new global procurement organization that saved the company billions of dollars which funded growth and improved the company's operating margins.
Earlier in her career, Cynthia held progressive executive roles with Accenture, A. T Kearney, AOL, Ally Financial (GMAC), Pillsbury and Procter & Gamble as well as ran her own supply chain and procurement consultancies.

Francois began his career with Bain & Co. before starting Masaï, a consulting firm focused on industrial cost optimization, in 1996. He has since become a advisor and investor to various companies.
François-Xavier is an Advisory Board Member at Insight Sourcing Group. He began his professional career in 1991 as a strategic consultant with Bain & Company. During his 5 years with Bain & Co., François-Xavier was mainly assigned to international projects, with one year spent between the Moscow and Warsaw offices (1993) and the creation of the South African office (1995).
He then created his own consulting firm, Masaï, with a former Bain & Co. colleague. Masaï was launched in 1996 as a firm specializing in cost optimization with the mission to boost corporations' performance by optimizing their costs, delivering tangible and measurable results. Masaï enjoyed rapid growth, addressing a growing concern within corporations for cost control, cost efficiency and cost optimization.
