Deborah joined Source Advisors as the Managing Director of R&D Tax Credits in 2009. Formerly with PwC and another boutique R&D tax credit firm, Deb has overseen more than 4,500 R&D tax credit studies in the over 20 years that she has focused solely on R&D tax credits. Deb holds a BBA and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Michigan School of Business. She is also a founding member of the National R&E Roundtable.

Joining Source Advisors UK in 2019, Dominic has board level sales and account management experience covering multiple industries and brings a strong track record of delivering multi-million pound sales strategies for ambitious SME and FTSE250 companies. Dominic works with our clients to understand their key drivers to help them achieve their business goals. At the center of this approach is a belief that delivering commercial value to the client is essential to long standing and collaborative relationships.

Kamal has been in the tax industry since 2005 and has assisted many companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies with complex tax matters. Over the past 15 years, Kamal has successfully identified and recovered more than $75M in overpaid indirect taxes for his clients. He has also developed many strong relationships with governmental agencies and auditors throughout the United States and assists taxpayers in various indirect tax areas, including but not limited to sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, and excise tax. Kamal works with clients from jurisdictions across the country in reverse tax audits, audit defense and appeal, tax systems automation, negotiation of voluntary compliance agreements, transaction analysis, and compliance services. Kamal holds an M.S. in Accountancy from Farleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. in Labor Studies & Industrial Relations, School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. His service specialties include: Sales and Use Tax, Gross Receipts Tax, Excise Tax, Reverse Tax Audits, Audit Defense and Appeal.
Luke has over 10 years of commercial and general management experience with the UK's largest insurance broker, Aon Ltd. His roles have included account management, new product development, continuous business improvement and change management. He came to Source Advisors UK as Chief Commercial Officer to transform the business and deliver unprecedented growth. Now as Chief Executive Officer he is ensuring that Source Advisors UK is taking its place as the UK's largest specialist provider of IP services and R&D tax relief helping our clients commercialize innovation. He has a real and practical understanding of the challenges facing innovative businesses today.

Lynsey is an experienced Human Resources professional with skills in strategic HR, change management, resourcing and performance management. Lynsey has previously lead the DE&I agenda in previous organizations and is passionate about progressing this journey with Source Advisors UK. She joined Source Advisors UK in 2021, having previously worked in the health, fitness and service industries.
She is responsible for bringing our new recruits on board and ensuring that all staff feel empowered to reach their full potential. Lynsey has a fundamental role in promoting a positive workplace culture.

joined Source Advisors in 2024 with extensive financial and operational experience. Most recently he served as an Executive Partner with Sixth Form Partners where he evaluated various investment opportunities. Previously he served as CEO of the Mintz Group, the premier global provider of investigative research and background checks. In his 13 years there, Tim grew the business from a small, regional player into a global industry leader. In addition to building out and leading transformative initiatives across many critical functions, Tim also successfully raised multiple rounds of private equity capital and executed cross-border acquisitions on three continents. Prior to the Mintz Group, Tim spent more than a decade in investment banking, where he worked with companies in a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as in private equity, where he evaluated investment opportunities in middle market services businesses.
Tim holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Trinity College.

Vanessa has over twenty years of accounting experience gained within the Corporate teams at BDO, Baker Tilly, and Blick Rothenberg. She has worked with clients across many sectors, assisting multi-national groups on the structure of worldwide operations and advising on complex corporate transactions.
Vanessa works closely with our clients to identify R&D, Patent Box, and RDA opportunities and ensures that the treatment we adopt and the reports we compile are always compliant. She provides technical training to our internal teams and our partner accountants.
Vanessa is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA) and has represented Source Advisors UK on the HMRC Research and Development consultative committee.
