As a young couple born and raised in Moldova, we moved to Fairbanks, Alaska in 2009. Ever since, this Golden Heart City became home to our growing family. We knew from the beginning that this is the best community to achieve our American Dream. Through hard work and ambition, in 2018 we established our dream restaurant, which allows us to share recipes, traditions and culture from Moldova to Interior Alaska. We couldn't be happier with the outpour of support coming from our local community and the ones visiting our beautiful city. We may not be perfect but we strive to be so... Soba Moldovan Restaurant where each dish is created with love to fulfill your taste. The one and only restaurant in Alaska that serves hearty Eastern European Dishes and Moldova's best wines.
