Angeletta has been with Spencer Law Group for almost seven years specializing as a Social Security Disability paralegal. She loves to help people obtain Social Security benefits due to disability. When not working hard for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids and pursuing her passion as a hairstylist. Angeletta has been with Spencer Law Group for almost seven years specializing in social security disability claims.

Colina Ford

Colina has been working with Kelly Spencer for over 25 years. In that time, Colina has worn many hats many responsibilities. Aside from her role as personal injury, workers compensation, and litigation paralegal, she also serves as the Spencer Law Group's Office Manager. Colina graduated from Sullivan College. Colina enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and traveling. She is married with two children and has a loving dog named Titus. Erin Galvin

Born in North Carolina, but raised in Kentucky, Erin has involved with horse riding and showing from a young age. In 2014, Erin joined the Spencer Law Group as a paralegal, working closely with clients through the pre-litigation process of personal injury and workers compensation. Erin is currently enrolled at the University of Kentucky completing her bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Medical Biotechnology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her horse. PRACTICE AREAS Personal Injury Erin moved from North Carolina to Kentucky at an early age. In Kentucky, she and her mother got involved in the horse showing scene.

Jonathan K. Kurtz

Jonathan has been the head of the litigation team at Spencer Law Group since 2013. He was born and raised in Danville, Kentucky. He obtained a bachelors in History from the University of Kentucky and graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Jonathan has litigated in state and federal courts all over Kentucky. He is experienced in matters of civil liability, including auto negligence, trucking cases, premises liability, medical and professional negligence, and insurance coverage issues. Jonathan has also handled numerous claims and transactions for local businesses. Jonathan's practice focuses on helping injured Kentuckians recover the benefits they rightly deserve and desperately need. PRACTICE AREAS Personal Injury Jonathan is head of the litigation team. His practice focuses on motor vehicle wrecks, premises liability, and medical and professional negligence.

Kelly P. Spencer

Originally from Menifee County, Kentucky, Kelly grew up working on his family's farm as one of six siblings. He graduated from Menifee County High School at the age of 16 and completed his bachelor's degree at Morehead State University in two years. He graduated from NKU College of Law and then opened his own firm in Lexington. Thirty-three years later, Kelly has grown Spencer Law Group into one of the biggest personal injury firms in the central Kentucky area. PRACTICE AREAS Personal Injury A native Kentuckian, Kelly has been empowering the people of his community through the practice of personal injury law for more than 30 years. Kelly Spencer is a self-proclaimed "workaholic" who felt destined to pursue a career in law. However, for Kelly, being an attorney has never felt like work. He sees his practice as an aspirational calling, and he founded and grew the Spencer Law Group by hand-selecting the finest attorneys to work alongside him in his duty to serve the community.

Lyman S. Darby

Lyman's practice focuses on Social Security disability law which he has practiced with the Spencer Law Group since 2010. He was a Jessamine County resident for 26 years before moving to Woodford County. Lyman is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. Lyman is also a fluent Spanish speaker. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and of course, the Red Sox. Michelle R. Atkinson

Michelle has been a member of the litigation team since 2018. She grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and attended Lafayette High School. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and NKU Chase Law School. Michelle's favorite part of personal injury law is the opportunity to develop a close relationship with her clients in order to better help them in their time of need. Richard S. Foley

Richard has been a member of the litigation team since 2014. He was born and raised in Versailles, Kentucky. He received a master's degree from the University of California - Santa Barbara and his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Richard's time away from the office is filled with his children's extracurricular activities. He also likes hiking, camping, and woodworking. Sonia Ramirez

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Sonia moved to North Carolina and finally to Kentucky in 2007. Sonia started working at the Spencer Law Group in 2012. She now works as the firm's new client specialist and personal injury pre-litigation paralegal. She enjoys the satisfaction of helping people in need. Sonia has 2 wonderful children and a dog named, Pinta. In her free time, she enjoys exploring her adoptive home of Lexington and spending time with the family. She is fluent in Spanish.

William E. Brown

Bill has been practicing workers compensation for twenty-five years. He merged his solo practice with the Spencer Law Group in 2015. He graduated from Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in Louisville, Kentucky. Bill has worked on both sides of work comp law and found that his passion is helping injured people rather than insurance companies.
