Flip Tanner

Flip has 32 years of experience with the last 18 years focused on venue consultancy. Flip's experience includes two decades with the Royal Shakespeare Company, culminating as Project Coordinator for the RSC's famous transformation project. SRTC's Director Flip Tanner is also proud to be a Trustee for the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School (BOVTS).

Jake Wiltshire

Jake has over 20 years freelance lighting design experience for productions both in the UK and Worldwide and several years working as a Lighting and Theatre Consultant.

Jeremy Dunn

Jeremy has a passion for clear concise storytelling with dependable, deliverable technical resources to support Directors, Producers, Creatives and Actors to produce the best possible theatre, whilst also pursuing the imaginative and creative solutions that a digital age can provide. As Sound Designer & Head of Sound for the Royal Shakespeare Company for 32 years, Jeremy has worked with most leading Theatre Directors, Designers & Composers as well as award winning Sound Designers. Jeremy has been responsible for developing and designing the Audio infrastructure for the Courtyard Theatre, The Swan Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre redevelopment. As a freelance creative, Jeremy has Sound Design credits for the West End, the Globe Theatre, The Barbican, Chichester Festival Theatre and Bath Theatre Royal.

Julia Redfern

Libby Watson

Libby has worked as a Theatre Designer for over 25 years working in all aspects of design in the industry from large scale touring theatre to West End drama. Her work has taken her from the Royal Court London to musical theatre in Bogota; Columbia.

Matt Graham

Matt's experience comes from 15 years of being the Technical Manager at Tobacco Factory Theatres. Within the constraints of budgets and resources he has helped bring a somewhat basic community-based, professional theatre operation to a modern, fit-for-purpose facility. Matt has worked on several refits, new ground up, associated studio theatre developments as well as constant upgrades to the main theatre space. Matt specialises in lighting and has extensive experience of "in the round" format with an intimate audience. He has used his lighting design skills across many productions and other venues, both nationally and internationally.

Sam Gosling

As part of his extensive experience, Sam has spent 6 years at CBL in the stage engineering department as the Engineering Design Lead on numerous projects including: The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, USA and Waikato Regional Theatre, New Zealand. Prior to this Sam worked as a stage carpenter on numerous TV programmes and scenic projects including work for Channel 4 and Channel 5, as well as a Lighting Technician at The Barbican Arts Centre and other technical jobs on multiple events around London and the South. Sam's engineering expertise began when he graduated from the renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2014 where he trained in Production and Technical Management and continued his musical repertoire in running the prestigious Marlborough College summer seasons. Now working in super prime residential, Sam is an associate to SRTC offering adhoc support and advice when needed.
