Evelyn Berry

Evelyn Berry serves as the SRS Museum's Educational Specialist. She is responsible for designing and coordinating the educational and outreach programs at the SRS Museum, including school visits, field trips, and virtual programming. Prior to joining the SRS Museum, Evelyn was a Curatorial Assistant in the Cold War Historic Preservation Program at the Savannah River Site. Ms. Berry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from the College of Charleston and is an award-winning author and performer.

Kelly Brown

  • Museum Director
Kelly Brown, the SRS Museum's Director, oversees operations, visitation, development, and exhibitions. Prior to joining the SRS Museum, Kelly was the Archives Laboratory Manager at the Augusta Veteran's Curation Program (VCP). Ms. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Certificate in Archaeology from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Library and Information Sciences from the University of South Carolina.

Walt Joseph

Job Titles:
  • Museum Founder
After completing his undergraduate and graduate education at Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Joseph relocated to the Aiken area to fill a position with DuPont at Savannah River Plant. After a storied career spanning 39 years, Mr. Joseph became a founding member of the SRS Heritage Foundation and the SRS Museum. Both institutions aim to share the stories of the Savannah River Site's historic and scientific legacy.
