Binoy Sheth, DPM, ABPM is pleased to partner with the caring StrideCare team at the McKinney, Dallas, Frisco, Allen, Mesquite, Celina, Sherman and Plano, Texas, locations. Dr. Sheth specializes in forefoot, rearfoot, and reconstructive ankle surgery, sports medicine, and diabetic foot care.
Dr. Sheth grew up in Houston. He received his undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences from Texas A&M University in College Station. At Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, Dr. Sheth graduated in the top ten of his class to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. To further his knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle problems, he completed a three year clinical and surgical residency at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Texas.
As a result of Dr. Sheth's comprehensive training, he is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and is an expert in sports medicine and diabetic foot care. Dr. Sheth is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Sheth lives in Dallas with his wife. Throughout his career, he has participated in many mission trips to Mexico. When not seeing patients, Dr. Sheth enjoys snowboarding, football, golf, basketball, traveling, and videography.

Board-certified vascular and interventional radiology physician Carlos Hamilton III, MD, is the founder of Hamilton Vein Center, the first outpatient interventional radiology practice in Houston, Texas. He sees patients at both the Webster and Sugar Land, Texas, practice locations, where he specializes in using ultrasound equipment to accurately diagnose vein problems. He has performed thousands of vein and vascular procedures in his career.
Dr. Hamilton graduated with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he was accepted into the medical school honor society. He then served as chief resident during his diagnostic radiology residency at the university before moving to Dallas, Texas, to complete a vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, one of the top vascular and interventional radiology fellowship programs in the country.

Danny Chan MD, MBA, is a vascular and interventional radiology specialist at StrideCare's Dallas, Sherman, and McKinney, Texas, locations. He specializes in comprehensive vein care, minimally invasive treatment for vascular disease, arteriovenous (AV) dialysis intervention, women's health, and male infertility. Dr. Chan has extensive experience diagnosing and treating patients with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and associated connective tissue disorders (Ehlers-Danlos syndromes).
Dr. Chan co-founded StrideCare, and he's passionate about helping patients avoid major surgery by using minimally invasive techniques.
Dr. Chan earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and received his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He went on to complete a general surgery internship at New York Medical College at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Dr. Chan finished his vascular training in New York City with a radiology residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan's Upper East Side. He's fellowship-trained in vascular and interventional radiology from the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute.
Dr. Chan helps patients who are suffering from venous insufficiency, peripheral artery disease, uterine fibroids, varicose and spider veins, restless legs syndrome, diabetic vascular disease, and much more. He uses conservative and minimally invasive procedures, such as uterine fibroid embolization, ovarian vein embolization, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), sclerotherapy, angioplasty, phlebectomy, venous stents, and numerous others.
Dr. Chan stays current with the latest advances in vascular care. He is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology in diagnostic radiology and vascular and interventional radiology. Dr. Chan holds a certification as a registered physician vascular interpreter (RPVI).
He worked as an assistant professor in the division of interventional radiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and was the medical director of Non-Invasive Vascular Laboratory at St. Paul University Hospital in Dallas, Texas, for many years. He has published numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and presents at medical association meetings nationwide.

Dr. Dean Chauvin is the director of StrideCare in Katy, Texas with more that 11 years of experience and knowledge as a Board Certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist. His education and career experience allow him to diagnose and treat patients using minimally invasive techniques for a variety of diseases.
Dr. Chauvin graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans with his medical degree in 2003. He went on to complete his radiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine and his vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at Baptist Cardiac and Vascular Institute in Miami.
Prior to joining the StrideCare team, Dr. Chauvin served as the Medical Director of Interventional Radiology for Radiology Partners Houston as well as diplomate for the American Board of Radiology. He was named 2015 Physician of the Year at Memorial City's Memorial Hermann Hospital and is a seven-time recipient of the prestigious Top Doctor Award presented in Houston's own Houstonia Magazine.

Dr. Charlton Woodly is a highly-trained podiatrist who brings over 17 years of experience to providing conservative and surgical treatment to patients at Woodly Foot & Ankle in Richland Hills, Texas.
A specialist in minimally-invasive procedures, Dr. Woodly is an expert in treating the full spectrum of foot and ankle conditions and injuries, including sports injuries, neuropathy, plantar fasciitis, and toenail fungus. Dr. Jones Thomas grew up in the town of New Hyde Park, New York just outside New York City. He has extensive training in wound care and reconstructive limb salvage.

Joseph Hagman, MD has over 26 years of experience as an interventional radiologist, including 20 years at Baylor Scott and White. He specializes in minimally invasive treatments for varicose veins, restoring blood flow and relieving symptoms. "Improving the circulatory system really makes a difference in a patient's health, including reducing the chance of a blood clot. Patients feel better, symptoms resolve, abnormal skin veins go away, and that leads to happy campers," he says.
Dr. Joseph Hagman never wants his patients to feel rushed, and he takes the time to listen to their questions. He also spends time educating patients about vein disease and how easily bad veins can be treated. Patients have direct access to him for any questions, challenges or even to share a bad joke.
After attending Baylor University for his undergraduate degree, Dr. Hagman studied at Texas Tech Medical School. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Kansas, Wichita and continued his training with an interventional radiology fellowship at UTMB Galveston. While Dr. Hagman is passionate about performing life-changing procedures on his patients, he especially enjoys follow-up visits. Doctor Morgan relocated to Odessa Texas to open Permian Basin Foot and Ankle, where he has been practicing for over three years. He chose to relocate his family to Odessa to raise his children in a smaller community and his wife's home town. Triple board certified podiatrist Dr. Justin Wade, DPM, FACFAS, MS, is thrilled to be serving the community in his home state of Texas. Growing up in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Wade earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology in 2002 from Austin College in Texas, and his Master of Science in kinesiology at the University of North Texas. Carrollton, TX is not just the location of Dr. Kevin D. Myer's podiatric practice with Dr. S. Rick Miller, it's also home. Dr. Myer grew up in Carrollton before leaving to attend Baylor University for a degree in biology and then on to the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine for his DPM. After graduation, Dr. Myer had the pleasure of participating in a number of reputable podiatric residency programs, including a 12-month position in Pittsburgh, PA at Western Pennsylvania Hospital and a two-year position in Houston, TX with the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency.
Although Dr. Myer initially sought to become a podiatrist due to his interest in sports medicine, his skill set and experience has expanded to include pathology of the foot and ankle relating to trauma, reconstruction, and diabetes. He is board-certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

A Mansfield native, Dr. Linnie V. Rabjohn, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon providing expert care to patients in the Mansfield community. As a member of the team of physicians at Arlington/Mansfield Foot & Ankle Centers in Arlington and Mansfield, Texas, Dr. Rabjohn strives beyond industry standards to achieve the best outcome for her patients.
After graduating from nearby Mansfield High School, Dr. Rabjohn enrolled at Austin College in Sherman, Texas. After earning her bachelor's degree in biology, Dr. Rabjohn continued her education at Des Moines University, where she received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. To complete a three-year surgical residency at the Graduate Hospital, Dr. Rabjohn briefly relocated to Philadelphia.
In addition to her work as a physician, Dr. Rabjohn has been published extensively on the topic of foot and ankle conditions. Outside the office, Dr. Rabjohn continues her commitment to the field of podiatry. She is a current member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and serves as a committee member on the Continuing Medical Education and Peer Review Board for the Texas Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Mary R. Parker, MD, FACOG, RPnS graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical and Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas and later at the top of her class from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She then served as Chief Resident in OB/GYN at Methodist Hospital in Dallas.
She practiced as an OB/GYN for almost 30 years in Texas and Oklahoma. While working with women for decades in reproductive health she saw firsthand the role vein disease has on quality of life. After receiving treatment herself and experiencing the relief from tired, achy legs, she wanted to help other women (and men) experience legs free of symptoms.
Dr. Parker joins her husband, Dr. William Parker at Hamilton Vascular and hopes to give others "new legs". She brings her vast surgical and procedural background to the clinic as well as her extensive training in vein disease and treatment.

Dr. Matthew Jackman graduated as Valedictorian from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco California, earning his podiatric medical degree in 2003. He was honored with the Presidential Scholarship, and membership in the Phi Delta National Honor Society throughout his time there, as well as making the National Dean's list and C.C.P.M.'s Honor's list each and every year. He completed a 3-year podiatric surgical residency. The first 2 years were spent in Albuquerque, where he was ranked clinically as the number one resident, thus leading to his selection to attend his 3rd year at the Kaiser Permanente Residency Program in Sacramento, California. As an accomplished vascular and endovascular surgeon, Dr. Mina Tawfik specializes in minimally invasive procedures that provide relief from venous and arterial conditions such as varicose veins, peripheral arterial disease, carotid disease, aortic aneurysms, complex bypasses, and dialysis access. From finding solutions for chronic wounds to eliminating blood clots and swelling, Dr. Tawfik is committed to treating the whole patient and offering personalized treatment plans rather than cookie-cutter solutions. In so doing, he utilizes the full spectrum of vascular treatment strategies to help patients reclaim their lives and enjoy everyday activities.
Dr. Tawfik completed his residency in vascular surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA in 2021, after earning his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Following his residency, he served for one year as a vascular surgeon at Lam Vascular and Associates. He joined the StrideCare team in 2022. Dr. Tawfik has been published and cited in numerous publications and has already completed more than 2,000 successful surgeries. He values the trust that patients put in his expertise and skills.

Dr. Abdul-Rahim feels that every person deserves to be able to do what they love. Thus, in developing individualized treatment plans, he gives every patient his best and complete focus. In practice since 1981, H. Andrew Hansen, II, MD trained as a thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon. With three board certifications-general surgery, thoracic surgery, venous and lymphatic medicine-Dr. H. Andrew Hansen, II leads patients towards happier, healthier lives by diagnosing and treating their vein disease with the latest, most technologically advanced techniques. Specifically, Dr. Hansen specializes in minimally invasive ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy and thermal ablation. A native of Kenya, Dr. Rathod-Bhatt has lived in the United States since she was 10 years old. She is fluent in Swahili, Gujarati, and Hindi, and hopes to return to Kenya one day on a mission trip to provide care for the people there.
Dr. Rathod-Bhatt studied in New York City and received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Saint John's University in Hillcrest, Queens. She later earned her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from New York University located in Washington Square Park, Manhattan.
Dr. Rathod-Bhatt completed her residency in podiatry at North Shore-LIJ Hospital in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, and followed it up with fellowship training at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Texas. Mentored by Steven Brancheau, DPM, she focused on podiatric surgery and medicine.
Dr. Rathod-Bhatt is recognized by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as a qualified forefront and rearfront surgeon. She's also certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Jeffrey Parrett, DPM, PA is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with nearly two decades of experience.
Hailing from Weatherford, OK, Dr. Parrett comes from a military family. He received his undergraduate education at Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He then attended medical school at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami Shores, FL, where he graduated with high honors and a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) in 2001. His postgraduate training included an extensive three-year surgical residency at Cambridge Hospital in Cambridge MA., which focused on advanced reconstructive techniques for pediatric and adult flatfoot.

Jinal Mehta, DPM, of Premier Foot & Ankle provides empathetic care to children, adults and seniors with foot and ankle disorders at our Frisco location. She is well versed in all areas of podiatric care including but not limited to preventive care, trauma, regenerative medicine, diabetic limb salvage and elective foot reconstruction. She is particularly passionate about peripheral arterial disease (PAD), diabetic limb salvage and wound care. She believes in empowering her patients by educating them about their condition and offering both conservative as well as surgical treatment options to help support them through recovery.
Dr. Mehta completed her undergraduate training at the University of Missouri, Kansas City where she received a Bachelor's degree in Biology and minored in chemistry. She then completed her medical training at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago where she initiated the Save A Leg, Save A Life Chapter as part of a National wound care organization. A Texas resident since 1999, Dr. Southerland's journey into the field of medicine began in Athens, Georgia, where he earned two degrees, pharmacy and chemistry, from the University of Georgia. After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Southerland earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Dr. Southerland is bilingual, offering the same level of exceptional, compassionate care for his Spanish-speaking patients.
