Marc Fitch is a licensed insurance adjuster in California, Oregon and Michigan. In 2002 he joined the California Department of Insurance and has been a member since. He has served as Secretary of the Board for the Sunset Beach Community Association.

Patrick C. Stacker

During the past nineteen years, Patrick C. Stacker has been in private practice in the Long Beach, California. He currently represents clients doing corporate, real estate, finance, probate, estate area planning, contracts property management, and receivership work for them. These efforts include forming profit and non-profit corporations, LLP's, LLC's, closing sale and lease transactions, major aspects of probate, and providing trusts, wills and other estate planning vehicles for his clients. Mr. Stacker represented Nemesio Granadino in the California reported case, Conservatorship of Ramirez, which can be reviewed in 90 Cal App. 4th, page 390. Other representative clients include Newman Tonks Quality Hardware, Balboa Investment Group, various large cities, and counties, Christian Reformed Church Board of Home Missions, Investment Development Services and numerous churches in the Pacific Southwest District of the Lutheran Church Missouri - Synod, and various charitable organizations. Patrick C. Stacker served for twelve years as a District Reconciler for the Pacific Southwest District of the Lutheran Church. During this process he has been involved in numerous district reconciliations and three national Dispute Resolution Panels. He also serves as a mediator for real estate, probate, and other matters. Patrick C. Stacker is a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Long Beach, California and serves on its Board of Discipleship as well as on the Endowment Board. He has served as a Trustee of Concordia University Irvine's Foundation and is a member of its Board of Regents. He enjoys golf and is an active member of the Auburn University Alumni Association as well as the Cerritos Optimists, and has been active in the Boy Scouts and Y-Guides.
