Caring for her own family members for many years prompted Camille to fulfill her passion. So in 2004, Executive Care began out of her passion for care-giving.
This was not the first enterprise she co-owned. She, her son, Michael, daughter Robin, and her own mother ran Park Lane Deli on the Milford Green. Later, the family ran Stella's Restaurant, in Stratford, for years before embarking on a third family venture, Executive Care of Stratford.
Cindy came onboard this year. She maintains our social media platforms, marketing campaigns, creates our media, graphics, and updates our website.
She has lived in Hamden most of her life except for several years in Southern California where she began her career in digital graphics. She holds a BFA as an Illustrator and Graphics Designer, is Certified in Business Administration, and is finishing up an AS in Entrepreneurial Studies. Also a mom of 3 boys that like to spend a lot of time in Orlando.
Stratford resident of 18 years, mother of two sons, doggy-mommy of Bodie. Filomena first came to Executive Care in 2017. She began as a Companion, while also working with Special Needs Children for the Stratford Public School system. Her compassionate nature aids experience in lending support to those in need.
Filomena has earned a BS in Communications with concentration in Business
and Journalism. She has worked as a Programming Coordinator (Activities) in assisted living for the elderly with dementia.
Michael is responsible for Marketing, Sales, and our chef for ‘The Purple Bag Delivery'. His passion for service, commitment, and ingenuity is what makes Executive Home Care the special place it is. It feels like a family here because his DNA reads, "Old School."
He graduated Sacred Heart University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He has been a business owner with his family since 1987. And he's the #1 St. Louis Cardinal fan in the world.

Monica has the elite position of diversified responsibilities which entitles Executive Care to perform at its highest potential of efficiency. Along with billing, payroll, and scheduling, Monica also does interviews, hires, and provides orientation to new associates.
She resides in Bridgeport with her 16 year old son, Jason, 14 year old daughter, Mimi. They enjoy walking and exploring the world with their two Pitbull dogs, Charlie and Joker.

Robin is the Business Manager at Executive. She has 35 years of family business experience. Robin was inspired by the real life struggle of her mother caring for family members with debilitating illnesses. Her innate care-giving ability lends to a gratifying career in Home Care.
Robin is a Trumbull resident for 45 years. She lives with her husband Bill, daughter Olivia, son Ethan, and their dog Lulu.
