Bryanna Santana

Job Titles:
  • Apprentice Carpenter
A top-notch apprentice hired directly from Madison Area Technical College in May 2022, Bryanna is enthusiastic and hardworking. She particularly enjoys working in the residential remodeling industry and being part of the "before and after" design and construction transformation-breathing new life into a client's home. Bryanna has a certification in Construction Essentials and Carpentry Techniques. She has also applied to Concordia University to obtain a Bachelor's in Construction and Trade Management. An equestrian, Bryanna shares a love and passion for horses with Linda Sweeney. She grew up on a horse farm riding in dressage for ten years, and eventing for four years. She recently purchased her first project horse, a 3-year-old rescue from a kill pen in July 2021. So, when Byranna isn't measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to create residential structures, she is working with her horse. On weekends when she's not at the barn, you'll find her helping her grandparents with odd jobs around their house or rental property. Born and raised in Illinois, she also loves spending time with her friends back home, camping, and exploring outdoor activities.

Doug Deegan

Job Titles:
  • Project Coordinator
Doug joined Sweeney in 2018 as a Carpenter where his responsibilities included reviewing and implementing design plans, handling procurement, demolition, framing, and finishing. In June of 2020, Doug was promoted to Project Coordinator. His responsibilities now include acting as a liaison between estimators, the design team, subcontractors and field staff - from inception to completion. What we love about him most? His contagious ‘can do' attitude and relaxed, easy going nature. When asked what he is most passionate about, Doug replied, "Providing extraordinary customer service. I really enjoy seeing the wonderment and joy our clients express as we near project completion." Not surprising, Doug has a history of displaying customer service excellence from past employers-receiving a classroom certification for Achievement of Extraordinary Customer Relations, and a Sales and Customer Service Excellence award. When he is not working, Doug enjoys spending time with his children, grandchildren and family. Doug values time working on his 5-acre property. You might also find him volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. Near and dear to his heart, putting his skills to good use, Doug plans to continue supporting this organization well after he retires.

Erin Huebner

Job Titles:
  • Accountant
Often the first to roll up her sleeves and get to work, Erin has a wonderful "can do" attitude. She comes to Sweeney with a bachelor's degree in accounting having worked in several industries, including automotive and technology. Erin also owned an automotive service business with her partner before joining us in March 2020. Ms. Huebner is organized and efficient, responsible for a wide variety of finance-related tasks including managing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing. She also organizes and maintains financial records, ensuring that statements are accurate and timely. Erin thinks like an owner, with an owner's perspective and experience, which is invaluable to her position at Sweeney. When Erin isn't working, you'll find her enjoying the outdoors or spending time with her family. Erin is also a proud owner of a beautiful German Shepard, who has been a frequent visitor in the office and now a welcomed addition to the Sweeney family.

Linda Sweeney - VP

Job Titles:
  • Design Consultant
  • Vice President
With a passion for design, nearly 30 years of experience managing small businesses and a degree in architectural drafting, Linda is a true asset to the Sweeney team. Linda joined her husband Tim in the business in 2004 to assist clients in converting their wishes into actionable designs. Linda enjoys keeping up with new decorating styles and is always eager to learn about the latest home design trends. From traditional to contemporary, Linda's expertise and experience always result in accurate, high quality designs that translate into beautiful finished projects-from concept to completion. On any given day, you will find Linda drafting or meeting with clients to ensure no detail is overlooked. One of her essential skill sets is finding creative ways to build custom features, whether aesthetic or functional, into every remodel. When she's not in the office, you might find her visiting with clients on-site to measure or follow upon progress, as she remains by your side until your project is done. Prior to her work at Sweeney, Linda spent many years as a veterinary technician and manager at a 4-vet veterinary specialty hospital in Verona. Linda is an animal lover and an equestrian at heart. She couldn't imagine her life without horses. Linda, and her husband Tim participate in combined driving events, an equestrian sport involving horse-driven carriages, all across the Midwest. While Tim takes on the important part of being the navigator, it is the true team effort that both love about this sport… aside from the horses of course. Speaking of love, mention Linda's two horses and she beams. One of them, she uses for ridden dressage and driven dressage competitions (with a carriage). This same horse she uses for trail riding and horse camping. It's the second horse she calls her steady eddy-one that is so gentle and steady that a two-year old could ride him. But no matter the horse, if you bring them up to Linda, you can hear the joy in her heart. As she puts it, "gosh I could talk endlessly about my horses!" Linda and Tim live in Verona and have two grown children, Chris and Kelsey.
