Bruce Mau

Bruce Mau is a brilliantly creative optimist whose love of thorny problems led him to create a methodology for whole-system transformation. Across 30 years of design innovation, he's collaborated with leading organizations, heads of state, renowned artists and fellow optimists. A serial entrepreneur since the age of 9, he became an international figure with the publication of his landmark S,M,L,XL, designed and co-authored with Rem Koolhaas. He is the author of Massive Change and MC24, both published by Phaidon. He is the founder of Bruce Mau Studio and co-founder of Massive Change Network, a holistic design collective based in Chicago. He is a core collaborator of SuperNature Labs, working to propel the team's vision forward through publishing and content creation.

Dr. Hila Oren

Dr. Hila Oren is a city-maker with a deep passion for urbanism and a vast experience in city-making, marketing, and branding. She is a world-renowned expert, speaker, and educator, specializing in Public Spaces development and an avid believer that our shared urban spaces must function as Pockets of Wellbeing . Prior to the Tel Aviv Foundation, Dr. Oren was the CEO and founder of Tel Aviv Global, an initiative started by the Mayor's Office of Tel Aviv-Yafo, dedicated to elevating the city's brand and global positioning. During her term, the Startup City vision was formed: a municipal strategic plan for investors, entrepreneurs, tourists, and students, connecting city platforms with private initiatives, which in turn earned Tel Aviv-Yafo the award of ‘Best Smart City in the World' in 2014.

Dr. Mike Wells

Mike co-founded Biodiversity by Design in 2006 expressly to engage in promoting truly sustainable exemplar development projects, multifunctional landscapes and global biodiversity conservation. Mike is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management. He is also a Chartered Scientist, Biologist and Environmentalist. He is a recognised expert in urban habitat creation and ecosystem service provision, a Design Council/CABE Built Environment Expert, an Academician of the Academy of Urbanism, a regular panelist of the Bristol Urban Design Forum and former lecturer on the London School of Economics Cities Programme. In 2011 Mike was given the great honor of being elected a Royal Designer for Industry for lifetime achievements in Ecological Design.

Enrique Norten

Enrique Norten is the Founder and Director of TEN Arquitectos in Mexico City, New York and Miami. Born in Mexico City, he graduated from Architecture at the Universidad Iberoamericana in 1978 and in 1980 he obtained a Master's Degree in Architecture from Cornell University. Enrique Norten has been internationally recognized for his extensive career; he received the first National Architecture Award PPG Comex in 2021; in 2018 he received the Fine Arts Medal of the Ministry of Culture; in 2014 the "Trayectorias" Award by the College of Architects of Mexico City; in 2005 the World Cultural Council awarded him the "Leonardo da Vinci" award World Award, among other distinctions. He was a professor at the University of Pennsylvania with the Miller Chair since 1998, as well as a visiting professor at the Yale School of Architecture, the Harvard Design School, the universities of Michigan, UCLA, Cornell, SciArch, Rice, Columbia, Pratt, Parsons, Universidad Iberoamericana, among others.

Eric J. Montgomery

Eric J. Montgomery is a Cultural Anthropologist and Assistant Professor at Michigan State University where he serves as the Peace and Justice Adviser; he is also a long-time faculty member in the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies at Wayne State University where Professor Montgomery serves as the Saperstein-Lentz Senior Fellow in Peace Studies. Dr. Montgomery is also a filmmaker and social justice activist with research and work spanning the gamut of anthropology, African religion, and human rights. Montgomery has taught over 25 different courses in Anthropology and Peace and Justice studies over the past 20 years at several universities.

Ricky Spike

Ricky Spike has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 30 years. He graduated with a degree in Accounting from the George Washington University in 1987 and soon thereafter obtained his CPA License. At the age of 28, he started his own private accounting practice specializing in accounting, tax, and management consulting services to small- and medium-sized entrepreneurial business owners. Currently, Ricky is a partner at Ives, Sultan & Spike PLLC where he provides a full range of accounting, tax and consulting services.
