Stuart Neiberg - CFO

Stuart formerly worked as a general partner in a private credit fund that collateralizes whiskey for craft distilleries and was the CFO for various technology platform companies. He also worked heavily in the mergers and acquisitions space for various healthcare related entities. His fifteen years of experience in professional services and consulting include time with Deloitte, Andersen Tax (formerly WTAS) and a national healthcare consulting firm where he was named to Becker's Hospital Review's list of Rising Stars: 50 Healthcare Leaders Under 40 in 2016. Stuart is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation. Further he holds active Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and Master of Accounting from University of Florida.

Zachary Stein - CEO, Founder

An innovative serial entrepreneur, Zachary Stein brings a multi-faceted expertise in marketing, strategy, investor relations, and business development. Stein was the President of On the Ball Ventures and Co-Founder of Raw Republic. As President of On The Ball Ventures, he was responsible for all aspects of the company's business operations and development. During his time at On The Ball from 2012-2018, Stein served as a key part of investor relations and business development for portfolio companies: Boatsetter.com, Realconnex.com, and YiP TV; promising start-ups that have now individually raised more than $30mm. Moreover, through his tenure, Stein consulted nationally with some of the world's best known brand equities, among them Toshiba, Miami Dolphins, Polaroid, Enterprise, and Major League Baseball. In addition, Stein Co-Founded Raw Republic, a cold pressed juice bar. Currently with 4 locations in South Florida and Mexico City. Raw Republic was successful in securing growth capital for the further expansion. Zack was an advisor to Florida Funders, a venture capital fund based in Tampa, FL focused on investing in Florida based technology companies. Zack also holds GP % in a $60M inventory financing fund for craft bourbon distilleries looking to grow bourbon brands and lock-in supply. Zack Stein was named a finalist for South Florida Business & Wealth magazine's 2015 Up & Comer Awards in the Marketing & Media category. Zack also leads alternative investments, mostly venture capital for his family wealth. Zack recently Co Founded and is currently CEO of SupplyCaddy, a leading global manufacturer of disposables for the food service industry with clients such as FedEx, Popeyes, Jamba Juice, Moe's Southwest Grill, AuntieAnne's, Cinnabon, Soho House, Schlotzsky's Deli, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Carvel, McAlister's Deli, and more. Zack was on the Young Leaders Society Steering Committee for United Way of Broward County. He is also a member of The Miami Club, AIPAC's (America's pro-Israel lobby) Young Leadership Division; and a member of Young Leadership Division, Jewish Federation of Dade County. In addition to the above, he has been instrumental in starting a number of successful new ventures. Stein holds degrees in both Finance and Sports Management from Florida State University, as well as a master's degree in Global Business from Wayne Huizenga's School of Business and Entrepreneurship. He currently resides with his wife Simone and son Bennett in Miami Beach, Florida.
