Formed in 2002, Summit Management Group, Inc., is a Montana corporation and the parent company of the subsidiaries: Summit Housing Group, Highland Property Management and Summit Construction Group. The primary focus of Summit Management Group and it's subsidiaries is the development, management, and construction of market-rate, workforce, rent to own, and low income multi-family housing developments... Our goal is to meet-and-exceed the zoning and inspection compliances to ensure quality, long-term structure.
