Prior to joining Synapse Innovation in 2018, Adrian Gosbell held senior roles in a number of technology companies around the world. Currently based in Oxford, UK, he has spent the majority of his career working in international roles.
He is also a director of the Synapse Innovation group company, Software Imaging Ltd.
Kyoji Igarashi has worked at Synapse Innovation since and brings vast international experience to Synapse Innovation. He has held multiple roles at several global organizations both in engineering and business development functions.

Masanori Ito joined Synapse in 2018 after working for a number of leading consulting companies, specializing in business strategies, planning, and execution. His international experience includes studying for an MBA in the US.

Shigeo Fujimoto has been CEO of Synapse Innovation since 2004 and has led several major innovations to transform the company to be a software and services provider. With over 20 years as a systems engineer, he maintains an active interest in technology and how it can benefit all.
He is also a director of the Synapse Innovation group company, Software Imaging Ltd.
Yasunori Ichikawa joined Synapse Innovation in 2017 from a partner company specializing in robotics. He has vast experience in industrial robotics and manufacturing automation. In addition to his experience in the commercial sector, he has led several academic R&D projects with various universities, including the University of Tokyo.
