Darryl received his degree in business from Georgian College and has actively engaged in finance and business consulting since 1987. Darryl's passion for working with blue collar business owners stems from his own experience and the dedication business owners show to their company.​ In addition, his goal is to empower all of his clients with innovative retirement solutions based on their Work, Money and Life Goals. ​ By fulfilling all requirements and completing the prescribed examinations of the Insurance and Financial Advisors Training Course, Darryl became qualified to serve the public in the capacity of life underwriter as awarded by the Canadian Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (CAIFA). Darryl holds the Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) designation which is awarded by the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC) to those financial advisors who can meet the high standards of education, experience, and integrity that are required of all its members. In November 2001, Darryl became one of Canada's first Financial Advisors to complete a comprehensive course on priority senior issues. The Society of Certified Professional Consultants on Aging, a national organization that has trained over 8000 professionals, conducts the course. This educational initiative helps meet the key needs and issues concerning senior citizens. Darryl is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and is proud to have earned the Three Best Financial Advisor award in Barrie for 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. He is also member of the Rotary Club of Barrie and actively participates in local events to support both community and international projects.
