Jeff Beverley

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in maintaining rental properties and managing construction/renovation projects of all scopes and sizes. Prior to joining SYNCO, Jeff worked as a service manager for Southwoood Realty and as a regional service manager for Cottonwood Residential. At Cottonwood, he was responsible for capital improvement projects at 13 apartment communities, which included preparing the scope of work, securing contracts and sub-contractors, quality assurance, scheduling and achieving completion at or below budget. At SYNCO Jeff works closely with onsite service supervisors and managers in coordinating compliance of all types including OSHA, property inspections, and preventive maintenance. Jeff is a licensed commercial and residential contractor, and is certified in numerous apartment property maintenance functions. He has a diploma from Gaston College in HVAC/Electrical, where he achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average, and is an EPA Section 608 certified trainer.

Jennings Snider

Jennings joined SYNCO Properties in 2006, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining SYNCO, Jennings was with Bank of America in their real estate finance group. He is responsible for the company's accounting department and all financial reporting corporately and at the property level. He also underwrites acquisitions, financings, and developmental projects. He interfaces with the VP of Apartment Operations including weekly review of the company's proprietary KEEN pricing system and participates in the annual budget for all properties. In addition to his work as an officer of SYNCO, Jennings is Past President of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and is the incoming President of the Apartment Association of North Carolina. Jennings is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, was a member of Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society and was a member of the National Spanish Honor Society. He speaks fluent Spanish, having studied for six months in Spain while attending UNC-CH.

Michelle Sanger

Michelle began her career in apartment management in 1993 as a leasing consultant for Westdale Asset Management. She remained with Westdale for 18 years during which she was promoted on several occasions, including serving for six years as Regional Director. Michelle oversaw the management and day-to-day operations of nine apartment communities totaling 2,000 units. In 2011, Michelle joined SYNCO Properties as Director of Apartment Operations. She was promoted to Vice President in 2016. Her responsibilities include: primary liaison with third-party property owners and their asset managers; oversight of operations for the entire apartment property portfolio; management of all senior on-site personnel; coordination and facilitation of the annual budgeting process; oversight of financial operations and budget variance reporting for each property; creation of annual business plans for each property; creation (in concert with community managers) of monthly marketing plans; and creation (also with community managers) of the monthly owner's report. Michelle has been recognized on numerous occasions for her contributions to the industry. In addition to being a Triangle Apartment Association Executive of the Year Nominee in 2009, she was the recipient of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) awards for Manager of the Year and Volunteer of the Year in 2009 and 2010 respectively. Michelle has achieved her CAM and CAPS designations from the National Apartment Association and holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Marshall University.

Nicole Peeler

Nicole began her career in the apartment management industry in 2001 as a leasing consultant for Westdale Asset Management. She was promoted to several different positions throughout 12 years of service concluding her time with them as a Regional Director. As Regional Director, Nicole oversaw the management and day-to-day operations of twelve apartment communities totaling over 2,500 units. In 2013, Nicole joined SYNCO Properties as Regional Director. Tim joined SYNCO Properties in 1983 as a Senior VP. Over the course of his 30+ years with the company he was promoted on several occasions, and in 2008 was appointed President & CEO. Tim provides leadership and operational oversight for all of the company's activities including property acquisition, financing, asset management, property management, rehabilitation, development, and disposition.
