ANGELA BIANCHI

Ms. Bianchi is a hardworking, results-oriented individual with over 10 years of experience in the executive assistant and administrative field. Ms. Bianchi friendly smile is the first you will see when visiting the SYNRG office and her forthcoming personality is one that enables her to build harmonious working relationships with clients, co-workers and the general public. She will keep you coming back for more!

CARLOS ROCHA

Job Titles:
  • Site Superintendent
Mr. Rocha has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His dedication to his work is demonstrated by his commitment to the few companies that he has worked for over the years. In 1985, three years after graduating with his high school diploma, Mr. Rocha started working for Camp Forming Ltd. He worked as a labourer for 4 years until he was promoted to foreman of a crew and gained hands-on experience constructing concrete formwork, interpreting drawings for reinforcing steel and reading and setting grades. Mr. Rocha gained 21 years of valuable, hands-on experience in forming for both industrial and residential buildings. In 2006, Mr. Rocha joined the team of Clearway Construction Inc. where he worked diligently for five years. In those five Mr. Rocha built himself a solid foundation in his role as a supervisor in a variety of roles from concrete forming (curb, sidewalk, retaining walls, foundation walls and sewer chambers) to building construction (institutional and industrial). His wide range of expertise and many years of experience was what attracted the attention of SYNRG and in 2011, and has since continued his career as a Site Superintendent.

MARIANNE BUTLER

Ms. Butler brings more than 25 years of experience in a variety of business settings, mainly in the planning, organizing and managing complex construction projects for Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Municipal and Residential Developments. Ms. Butler's extensive experience in various aspects of construction and corporate development such as Design & Construction, Permit & Permit applications, Project Management & Scheduling, Cost Budget development, Risk Management, etc. ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget.

MICHAEL OWENS

Job Titles:
  • Senior Project Manager / Business Development
Mr. Owens is a proactive and detail-oriented individual who brings over 40 years of construction experience to the group. He is dedicated to deliver top quality results on time and on budget. Following his tenure at University of Toronto, He started a Contracting company specializing in home renovations. As the business developed, opportunities to expand into the ICI field became available. Mr. Owens purchased Bonaroy Construction and created Millennium Quality Contracting Inc. making inroads into Health care / Institutional construction. He has performed work at North York General Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, Belleville General and Sick Kids among others. He has extensive experience working with challenging situations, critical timelines and scheduling. Having many years as an Entrepreneur, Mr. Owens became part of the SNRG team and shares his Drive and Enthusiasm Now part of the SYNRG team he assumes the role as Senior Project Manager / Business Development

WAYNE JARRETT

Mr. Jarrett is a driven progressive, professional, successful and dedicated company team member who will be accountable for business quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. His management and team building skills creates an environment of highly motivated staff and workers. Mr. Jarrett has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His dedication to his work and motivation has taken him to places such as New Zealand & Alberta Canada to manage various construction projects and sites. In 1981, two years from graduating as a Canadian Armed Forces 3 rd Class Marine Engineer, Mr. Jarrett, took on managerial roles in New Zealand honing his skills that eventually led him to becoming a construction company owner / operator. His business thrived for approximately 17 years. Mr. Jarrett has gained excessive valuable, hands-on experience in all facets of ICI / residential construction and manufacturing. His wide range of expertise and many years of experience was what attracted the attention of SYNRG and in November 2014, Mr. Jarrett became part of our growing team as site superintendent.
