Amanda joined Team with a wealth of experience across a vast range of industries including transport. In all her roles, Amanda has become the ‘go-to' person for knowledge, or to get things done, and in her current role as a Client Consultant - this is no different. Amanda is a highly successful recruiter who has become a truly trusted advisor to her many loyal clients and candidates. Her background in transport, office management and recruitment means you are in safe hands with someone who gets (and loves) the industry. Combine this with incredible focus and dedication, and you can see why she gets results for both clients and candidates. Her interests include music, classic American cars, cooking and trivia quizzes and enjoying her family.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Anna has worked in the Media industry where she developed her Accounting and Office management skills. After working ten years in the fast paced environment, it was her time to get married and travel with her husband. Upon return she was looking for a more flexible role that would see her through to building a family. However, we nabbed her for ourselves, and she soon became part of our family. Anna is happy to work with our crazy team in an accounting and admin support role which will continue once she returns from maternity leave.

Lezley (Lele) is an accomplished customer service and sales consultant with extensive experience spanning a decade in the retail and air carrier sectors. Her exceptional ability to build rapport and resolve complex issues has earned her a reputation as a trusted and valued team member!
As a devoted mother of two young children, Lele is known for her fun and loving nature, which translates into her work ethic. Her passion for reading and love of nature also speaks to her creativity and desire for personal growth.
After road testing a few industries and roles, Linda found her ‘fit' in freight operations. She loved the down-to-earth nature of the people involved and the fast pace - building a career that eventually led to National Operations, then Sales Management roles. It was whilst in these roles that Linda met Marie in the search for great staff. They hit it off and developed a strong working relationship. Then in 1995, both embarked on a journey to build a successful niche recruitment agency to serve the freight and logistics industry.
These days, Linda oversees our team structure, training and business operation, often providing an advisory role to clients. She is actively involved in developing and coaching her people and identifying opportunities for Team to assist our clients with their own people.
From administration in the Property Management industry to Recruitment, Lisa found her ideal role as a recruiter when she was being interviewed - identifying that actually, she would like to be on the other side of the desk! That was an interview at Team, and she hasn't looked back. Recruiting specifically for our International Freight clients, Lisa's empathetic and warm approach has resulted in a long line of loyal candidates. Lisa can identify great people very quickly, and is a real advocate for her candidates - working hard to ensure they are exposed to every opportunity available. She has a creative soul and channels this into poetry and creative writing, also enjoying a good thriller movie.
Marie identified recruitment as being her ideal job early in her career. Her natural ability to build long-lasting relationships, and the passion for helping people reach their potential resulted in a very successful recruitment career - eventually co-owning an agency. It was here that Marie and Linda met, and hatched a plan to build their own business using their combination of freight and recruitment knowledge. That was 1995, and Team Recruitment has gone from strength to strength since then.
Now, as Managing Director, Marie shares the passion for what she does, helping to guide and mentor recruiters in the business to love what they do too. She continues to nurture and build strong relationships with clients and candidates, many of whom she now regards as friends.
Getting to the heart of how you operate at your best as a sales professional is what Robin does best. Robin brings energy and passion to his role as Sales Director, and he is an expert within the sales arena - and shares this passion and knowledge with the team. Having come from a 20+ year career in International Freight sales, he is well versed in freight sales and sales leadership. Robin, alongside Marie is responsible for the team's sales performance

Rosalee is a well-known figure in the freight industry. Having worked for many years international freight forwarding, she then went on to recruit for the industry and developed a strong skill for finding the right ‘fit' for different clients and candidates. Bringing all of this knowledge and skill to Team in 2015, she is a real asset for our clients and candidates - able to share knowledge and advise... and some great stories to boot! She has a great sense of humour and an open and honest style of communication which has earned her a loyal following.
