Camille is in the litigation team at BCH Lawyers and specialises in Civil Litigation and Employment Law.
Camille, who is originally from Hamilton, completed her legal studies at Victoria University of Wellington in 2005. Following the completion of her legal studies, Camille was a legal editor at a major legal publisher. She was then admitted to the bar in 2007 and practiced at a Lower Hutt law firm in the litigation team. In late 2008 Camille moved to Auckland and practised as an Insurance and Civil Litigation solicitor at a medium-sized law firm.
Prior to starting at BCH Lawyers in April 2019 Camille had taken some time off to have children.
Outside of work Camille enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling around New Zealand and visiting the beach.

Carly was admitted to the bar in 2012 and has worked in a wide range of legal areas. Carly began her legal career in a rural firm where she gained valuable experience in farm and orchard transactions. Having a background in smaller law firms means that Carly is able to advise on a wide range of matters. Carly particularly enjoys helping clients with their estate planning, property and commercial law matters.

As Practice Manager, Deborah's role is varied and interesting. Deborah is responsible for liaison with the firm's partners, the day-to-day management of the firm including implementation of new systems and procedures, recruitment and finances.
Holly was admitted to the bar in 2011 and has specialised solely in Family Court work since her admission.
Holly heads the Family Law Team at BCH Lawyers and concentrates largely on Relationship Property (Settlements - S21A - involving Trust and Companies and Contracting Out Agreements - S21) and Care of Children Act cases. Holly supervises other Solicitors in the firm in Relationship Property matters, Care of Children Act matters (Parenting & Guardianship matters), Oranga Tamariki matters, Family Violence Act matters and PPPR Act matters (Welfare Guardian & Property Management Orders).
Previous clients have said that Holly has a sympathetic ear with a strong grasp on the Law. She has also been called a wizard because of the way she can transfer someone's muddled verbal instructions into a clear and cohesive letter.
Holly is a registered lead provider for Legal Aid and supervises the other approved Family Law providers in the firm.

Jude started her legal career as a Legal Executive. After more than 12 years experience in that role she moved to pursue her dream of obtaining a law degree. In 2017 she completed her LLB degree at Waikato University, and she has returned to BCH Lawyers.
Jude brings with her a wealth of experience in a variety of property, subdivision, and commercial matters, and she welcomes being of assistance to you.

Michael grew up in Tauranga and graduated from Victoria University in 1994 with an LLB BA and has since practiced law in Rotorua and Tauranga.
Michael's practice reflects his interests in law which are largely Property and Business related and Trusts and Estate planning.
Michael enjoys seeing clients that he has advised for a number of years expand their business and property interests and likes to take a team approach with them in fostering that growth.
Nikki is a graduate of the University of Otago and has been in law practice in Tauranga since 1990. Her areas of interest and expertise are in Company, Business and Commercial Law as well as Property, Trusts and Relationship Property. She has experience in Employment Law and a particular interest in mediation and dispute resolution.Nikki and Roger have brought their family up in the Bay of Plenty. They enjoy sharing the outdoor activities with their family and friends.

Sam has been a member of the team at BCH Lawyers for over 18 years and offers a wide range of experience with property transactions and conveyancing.
Sarah graduated from Victoria University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts and Law degree with Honours.
After working in Wellington for the Inland Revenue Department, and in London, Sarah commenced working in Tauranga in 1997.
Sarah advises on Estate Planning including forming and administering Trusts, making your Will and Powers of Attorney and administering Estates.
