The dent disappeared and fender was brought back to good as new condition. They also buffed out a nearby scratch on a headlamp which I hadn't expected to be done. My initial plan was to have our cars repaired at another shop owned by a longtime family friend. After speaking with Fritz at TDC, they were able to schedule our cars for repair sooner and provide us with a complimentary rental. Initially, I was skeptical using a company I wasn't familiar with. However, Fritz was very thorough in explaining their process and assured me they would do a quality job. Michael Sartoris took care of me from beginning to end. He reached out to me, brought me a rental and kept me updated through the whole ordeal. The hassle of going through insurance and rental process can be a headache, but Michael is very knowledgeable and made the whole transition smooth. Willian did a great job explaining/showing how the service is done and walked me through the insurance claim process. It was all very easy and after leaving the car they took care of contacting the insurance company. They gave me a fair price and a rental with no out of pocket charge. Other than the insurance company being slow (not the shops fault) the service was very quick and I was being kept in the loop throughout the whole time! When the car was ready, all the damages were gone and it looked brand new. Overall great experience and would strongly recommend taking your car here if you get hail damage or small knicks/dents.
