This is part of the customized strategies she brings to her clients to solve business challenges and find the right candidates for her clients. With more than 30 years of HR and operational leadership in the private sector, Kerri brings her enthusiasm and skills to a wide variety of private and non-profit businesses in diverse industries. Her experience as a CEO advisor, in business planning and operations management, combined with a passion for recruitment, employee engagement, performance and retention strategies have all contributed to Kerri's success in both start-up and established local and national organizations throughout her career.
