Our team is made up of both industry expert consultants hired from within the charity sector who have dealt with the areas we consult on for the charities they worked for, and technical experts who have been delivering software solutions to charities for over a decade... As an organisation we have over 16 years experience of working with charities. Most of the charities we have worked with have had a focus on charity retail or charitable visitor attractions. However, in 2018 we hired a new head of consultancy, Maxine Walmsley, straight from the charity sector. Maxine joined us from a head of marketing and donor development role but she had spent time in other fundraising positions including events and community fundraising which broadened our area of expertise... We work with charities on a basis that suits them offer as much or a little support as they require.
