Christine Resler

Christine Resler was appointed in 2025 by Governor Dunleavy. Regent Resler has over 30 years of experience in senior management leadership, guiding organizations through integration and change, technology development and commercialization, teaching, and finance, including mergers and acquisitions. She is the President and CEO of ASRC Energy Services (AES). AES is the largest energy solutions company in Alaska and a subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation. Regent Resler graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science with a concentration in Finance. Received her MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business (Now Booth School of Business) with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurial business. In 2015, she received a Certificate from Harvard University's National Preparedness Leadership Initiative program. She was an adjunct undergraduate and graduate professor of Finance at University of Houston's CT Bauer College of Business from 2001 to 2013 and an adjunct undergraduate and graduate professor of Finance at Alaska Pacific University from 2015-2019. Regent Resler was recently named to the Alaska Innovation Hall of Fame. She is on the Board of the American Petroleum Institute, an Officer of the Board for the Alaska Resource Development Council and she is a Board member for Lifting Solutions, a Canadian-based ARC Financial portfolio company focused in energy services.

Colleen Ianuzzi

Colleen has been teaching mathematics and statistics courses for the UAS Ketchikan Campus since 2006. She enjoys helping students succeed and gain confidence in math, and teaches a variety of courses up through first semester Calculus and elementary statistics. Outside of academics, Colleen enjoys hiking, beachcombing, reading and trying new recipes.

Dale Anderson

Dale Anderson was appointed in 2012 by Governor Parnell and re-appointed by Governor Dunleavy in 2021. Regent Anderson, a lifelong Juneau resident, currently works in the financial services industry and owns Auke Lake Bed & Breakfast. He brings to the board extensive life experiences from both the private and public sector. He has owned and operated numerous enterprises as well as served as a member of the City and Borough of Juneau Assembly, legislative aide for the House Finance Committee in the Alaska State Legislature and as commissioner of the Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission. Regent Anderson holds a certificate of judicial development in administrative law from the University of Nevada and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University. He is a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Alaska Travel Industry Association, Juneau Chamber of Commerce and the Juneau Convention and Visitors Bureau. He lives in Juneau with his wife Honey Bee and has four children and six grandchildren.

Dennis L. Michel

Dennis L. Michel was appointed in 2023 by Governor Dunleavy. Regent Michel is a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised in Fairbanks, and is an accomplished businessman with years of experience and knowledge in the construction industry. His financial prowess has led to numerous successful business developments and multiple active companies that currently serve the Fairbanks community and the State of Alaska. From the influences of being raised by his Army Air Corps father and Athabascan mother, to influential figures in his life, like his Uncle Morris Thompson, and Regent Michel's business agent experiences in the early days of the pipeline, he understands the complexities and unique opportunities of Alaska. Regent Michel and his companies have served and given back to the youth of the community for decades through employment, sponsorships, and as a vital leader and coach for youth sports. He believes in developing leaders and the future of his community. Regent Michel embraces new opportunities and ideas with vigor, striving to always adapt and develop to changing environments.

Joey Crum, secretary of the board, was appointed by Governor Dunleavy in 2023. Regent Crum was raised on the Kenai Peninsula by a public school teacher and a skilled journeyman. His parents ingrained in him that education comes in many forms and that a strong work ethic is crucial to success. Blessed with the opportunity to learn a skilled trade which he leveraged to pay for his university education, Regent Crum is passionate about creating that same opportunity and support for others. As President & CEO of Northern Industrial Training in Palmer, Regent Crum has dedicated his professional life to training and promoting workplace skills. He has traveled to communities throughout the state to train Alaskans and help them define their training needs and dreams. After graduating from Homer High School, Regent Crum earned his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Puget Sound, a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Columbia Southern University. He is a member of the US Air and Space Force Civil Leaders Program, the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Civilian Advisory Board, and was recognized as Civic Leader of the Year by the Armed Services YMCA of Alaska. Regent Crum previously served on the Alaska Commission on Post-Secondary Education, where he was twice elected as chair. Most recently, Regent Crum chaired the board of My House, a homeless youth drop-in shelter in Wasilla. He lives in Wasilla with his wife, a public school teacher, and two daughters.

Karen Perdue, treasurer of the board, was reappointed to her second term by Governor Dunleavy. She is a lifelong Alaskan with a background in health care, public policy and maintains interests in the history and culture of Alaska. Regent Perdue is a graduate of Stanford University. She is semi-retired, focusing her work on critical public health issues and serves on the board of the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Foundation. In her career, she has advocated for increased access to healthcare in Alaska's rural and urban communities. She served a decade as the Associate Vice President of Health Programs at the University of Alaska, in that role she worked with industry, chancellors and faculty in the expansion of the nursing, medical education, pharmacy, therapies and behavioral health academic programs. She served as Commissioner of Alaska's Department of Health and Social Services for eight years - the longest serving health commissioner since statehood. She served as a congressional aide and press secretary to Senator Ted Stevens. In 2017, she was awarded an honorary doctorate of Laws from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the National Rural Mental Health Association Victor Howery Award and the Alaska Historical Society for her role in the Lost Alaskans Morningside Project, which traced the history of mental health care in territorial Alaska and the ancestral information of over 5,000 Alaskans sent outside of Alaska for care. She has been honored by both the Girl and Boy Scouts as a Distinguished Citizen.

Paula Harrison was appointed by Governor Dunleavy in 2023. She has 40 years of experience in human resources and labor relations across the public and private sectors. Regent Harrison is the past chair of the Alaska Labor Relations Board. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science/economics from the University of Colorado-Denver and her Master of Arts in management from Webster University. Regent Harrison and her husband, Dirk Craft, a retired internal medicine physician, have three daughters who are graduates of the University of Alaska and one son who is a graduate of the University of South Dakota.

Ralph Seekins, chair of the board, was appointed in 2021 by Governor Dunleavy. Regent Seekins is president and owner of Seekins Ford-Lincoln in Fairbanks. In addition to being elected to the Alaska State Senate from 2003-2006, he has served on the City of Fairbanks Permanent Fund Review Board, the City of Fairbanks Transportation Committee, the Governor's Economic Advisory Committee on North Slope Natural Gas, the Alaska Permanent Fund Board of Trustees, and the Fairbanks North Star Borough Economic Advisory Committee. Regent Seekins is also involved in many Alaska non-profit organizations and supports numerous community youth sports activities. He and his wife Connie have four grown children and 21 grandchildren.

Scott Jepsen, vice chair of the board, was appointed in March 2021 by Governor Mike Dunleavy, and reappointed in February 2023 by Governor Mike Dunleavy. Regent Jepsen has a B.S. and M.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Regent Jepsen is retired from ConocoPhillips Alaska, where he was Vice President of External Affairs and Transportation. He has nearly 41 years in the oil and gas business with 31 years in Alaska. His experience has included management of oil and gas operations in Alaska and the Lower 48, the Kenai LNG plant, pipelines, state and federal government affairs, media and advertising, stakeholder relations, and philanthropy. Regent Jepsen has served on a number of boards, including Commonwealth North, Alaska Public Media, the Resource Development Council, the Petroleum of Club of Anchorage, and the University of Alaska Foundation. Scott Jepsen and Amber Babcock live in Anchorage, where their son, Trevor, a University of Alaska Fairbanks graduate, also works and lives.

Regent Church owns Jewel Isaac LLC, a general contracting company that provides commercial construction services throughout the State of Alaska, and is also a co-owner of Sabe Capital LLC, The Laundry Company, and many other real estate ventures. Regent Church has served the State of Alaska on the Juvenile Justice Advisory Committee and the Marine Transportation Advisory Board. He was elected National Youth Chair for the Coalition of Juvenile Justice, was a Business Advisory Board Member for Students Who Enjoy Economic Thinking at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and served on the Minority Ethnic Committee for the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District.
