THD ROOFING - Key Persons
Aron oversees the day-to-day operations, including profit and loss and fostering the company's ‘One Company' vision, strategy, and business plan. He also oversees the executive team and both the construction and roofing divisions of the company.
After retiring from a career in mixed martial arts, Aron started THD Construction in 2009 where he led the company to unprecedented growth and was consistently the "go to" contractor in Austin before branching out to the greater Texas area. He has an impressive portfolio of experience overseeing both residential and commercial projects.
Aron moved to San Antonio to open a second THD Construction office in 2016 and oversees new projects throughout the area.

Gil has over 18 years of experience in interior renovations and new construction. Gil is responsible for 20 - 25 interior rehab specialists in multiple cities. Paying special attention to the small details makes Gil one of our most prized employees and crew trainers for new employees. Gil enjoys fishing and camping with his family.
James is our lead estimator. He has over 10 years experience using Xactimate on residential and commercial properties. James allows us to speak the same code as insurance companies and make sure our customers always get a fair shake on claims. James enjoys attending theater performances with his girlfriend.
Jason has 6 years of experience in construction. He manages 2 - 3 exterior crews at a time (mostly roofing). Jason is an avid basketball player and has recently added a new baby girl to his family.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management, Blake was a 1992 draft pick for the NFL. After hanging up his cleats 14 years later, Blake uses the same team-oriented philosophy of trust and relationship-building from his NFL career to support construction clients. As THD Partners grows to help a greater service area in Texas, Blake is eager to assist, and clients and business partners can always feel free to contact him.
John Paul has over 15 years experience in all facets of construction. He spent 8 years traveling the nation managing build-outs for Denny's family restaurants. He now manages 2 - 3 crews on full interior and exterior renovations. John Paul is a state qualified chess player and also enjoys making his own cheese.

Marcus has over 15 years' experience and a verifiable track record in marketing, acquisition, and commercial development-project management. He has excelled in developing strategic partnerships throughout his career to ensure the success of his projects. Marcus has well over 20 million dollars in his project portfolio that he has personally managed and developed from start to finish. When it comes to negotiating, team building, managing, and the overall execution of a project he always exceeds our client's expectations. Marcus is insturmental in establishing strong client relationships and serving as the main point of contact through projects to ensure seamless client interaction with THD Partners
Michelle is an essential and intricate part of this phenomenal team that is THD Partners today. She exemplifies integrity, hard work, and problem solving every day for our customers and for our team, keeping projects moving by handling all the details.
Michelle joined our team after 20 years as an ERDC Chart Reviewer at Laredo Medical Center in Laredo, Texas and managed a Physician Group with 3 clinics in Austin for 3 years. She is also a certified Notary Public in the State of Texas.

Randy came to THD Partners after a successful 35-year career as an executive business leader in construction and factory engineering, project/program management, domestic and international business startups. He is an expert in total quality improvement with a six sigma black belt and experience as a statistical analytical process improvement trainer.

Santiago has over twenty years experience in various fields of construction. Santiago primarily manages full commercial rehabs. He is responsible for 3 - 4 crews at a time and operates heavy equipment. In his spare time, he is a competitive salsa dancer with his wife Lianna.
