Ms. Rippel joined the Bazil Group in 2011 after more than 25 years in the customer service industry.
She currently assumes responsibility for The Bazil Group's marketing efforts and handles all administrative duties for the office.
Also an animal welfare advocate, Ms. Rippel donates much of her free time and energy to animal rescue groups and other non-profit charities in her community.

Steven Bazil is the founding principal of The Bazil Group, a Glenmoore, Pennsylvania based reinsurance law firm that represents reinsurers of all sizes in the United States, the London Market and around the globe. The company also handles debt purchases and run-off acquisitions. He has represented insurers and reinsurers for almost three decades and his recoveries have involved clients and adversaries from more than 100 countries. To date, his efforts have yielded recoveries in excess of 400 million dollars for clients.
Mr. Bazil received his B.A. from Temple University in 1988 and his J.D. (cum laude) from New York Law School in 1991. He is currently pursuing his LL.M through the University of London with a specialization in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
In his free time, Mr. Bazil is an avid animal welfare advocate. He has drafted pending legislation in conjunction with a local Senator's office regarding companion animals and serves as a Board member on several animal rescues. Steve has also taken on a volunteer position as the HSUS District Leader for the 6th Congressional District of Pennsylvania.
