The Picket Fence was established over 40 years ago to provide fine linens to the small, hidden gem of Sun Valley, Idaho. The goal was to bring elegant linens to the resort ski town so those who enjoyed spending their holidays in the mountains while entertaining guests wouldn't have to deal with the inconvenience of traveling with home accessories to their home-away-from-home. The specialty store started in a small house off the beaten path in Ketchum where it enjoyed an intimate setting for shopping. Over the years it has slowly expanded to include a large downstairs area featuring our lovely bath accessories, luxury sleepware and unique gifts. In 2009, the historical Louie's building was remodeled into offices and a breath-taking bedding showroom. With large skylights to let in plenty of natural light and beautifully dressed beds, the showroom has become a destination of its own...
