Diane Horsley

Diane Horsley is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Performance. She received her Master of Music Education degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. As an Associate Professor, she is completing her seventh year as a full-time music instructor at Texas Bible College. She has over 30 years of experience in the gospel music field. She played not only for her home church, but traveled and recorded with the Mattoon Youth Choir for 19 years as they toured the U.S. and Europe ministering in song. For a number of years, Diane was a part-time instructor at Indiana Bible College, Indianapolis, Indiana, and has been an adjunct instructor for Christian Life College, Stockton, California. Presently, Diane and her husband Dwayne are the Music Directors at Center First UPC in Center, Texas and she also serves on the advisory board for UPCI Music Ministry. Diane has worked in the music education field for many years as a private lesson instructor, a licensed Kindermusik Educator as well as developing a Music and Arts program for kids aged 5-11. Diane and her husband Dwayne have been blessed to work together as music ministers for more than 20 years-sharing their gifts with churches, music conferences, camp meetings, and choir clinics in more than 20 states. Their son, Ian, is now a part of this ministry alongside them.

Dr. Eugene Wilson serves as president of Texas Bible College. He is the founder of the coaching and consulting organization Equipping Leaders. He has a doctorate in strategic leadership from Regent University and over thirty years of pastoral experience. He has written several books including Realign, Seventy, Rodentivity, and Rhythm. He and his wife, Kerri, have two children.

Rev. Joshua Reneau

Rev. Joshua Reneau is an ordained minister with the UPCI and serves as the Associate Academic Dean, Registrar, ExCeLL Director, and full-time Instructor at Texas Bible College, serving in most positions since 2011. He came to us from a background in business as an Operations Lead Manager for ATT at Etech. Inc. in Lufkin, Texas, where he managed operations, productivity, and customer relations for nearly 300 employees and the management team for 3 years. Additionally, he serves as President of a successful Real Estate Company, since 2007. Ministerially, Brother Reneau has served 12 years as an Assistant Pastor at the First United Pentecostal Church of Lufkin, TX, an Interim Pastor at Saron UPC for 1 year and an Associate Pastor in a home missions work for 5 years. He has always felt a call toward the academic advancement of the Oneness Pentecostal Scholarship. His calling is what drove Brother Reneau to graduate as valedictorian from Texas Bible College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology in 2005, and is planning to graduate with his Master's Degree in the MTS program at Urshan Graduate School of Theology this coming May 2022. His wife Amy holds a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Stephen F. Austin State University and is also a graduate of Texas Bible College. He and his lovely wife celebrated 16 years of marriage this past December 17th, and they recently welcomed their first baby girl, Indiana Reese Reneau, in June 2019.

Richard M. Davis

Richard M. Davis is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International and has been credentialed for over 47 years. He has served as pastor, assistant pastor, evangelist, author, literature publisher, and Bible college and seminar instructor. He travels throughout North America in itinerant ministry in addition to serving at Texas Bible College as the Program Chair for Theology. He received his Bachelor of Theology from Texas Bible College in 1976 when the college was located in Houston, and he also taught there in the early 1980s. He has served in multiple sectional, district, and national offices, most recently as the managing editor of Word Aflame Publications in St. Louis, where he served for over 30 years. He and his wife Sharon presently make their home in Diboll, Texas. They enjoy spending any spare time they can find with their three adult daughters and ten grandchildren.
