The Robin Hood Inn is located in the village of Clifton Reynes, just ten miles from Central Milton Keynes and a six minute drive from the thriving old market town of Olney. Its idyllic location is in the heart of the village and the original pub dates back to 1577, although the current building is much younger... In October 2017, the pub was purchased by a consortium of 46 local people to safeguard the future of this greatly respected community asset. Not only was there huge local enthusiasm in making the purchase but we are indebted to Dentons, one of the top global law firms who kindly donated their legal services to the venture... The first activity was to refurbish the outside and this was completed with the installation of replacement windows and new external decorations. We even managed to clean off the old moss, exposing the old clay and concrete roof tiles.
