"If you can imagine what you desire, then you can become what you imagine", is her credo. Always knowing that she wanted to help others, Angela-Lynn Ware earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Philadelphia University in 1998. She went on to service the inner city families of Philadelphia as a social worker, educator, counselor and advisor. As time progressed, she yielded to her sincere desire. She graduated from the Cosmetology Program at Empire Beauty School in 2002 and the Teacher's Program in 2006. As a result she became an entrepreneur and began to build "the brand". She opened Direct Reflection which she continues to nurture while building strong foundations for rising industry professionals through sound instructional practices. She went on to become an examiner for the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology. Angela is currently a full time freelance, NYC and Philadelphia based hairstylist and makeup artist. To date, her work has been seen on MTV, YouTube, BET, Bravo, print, ad campaigns, commercials, magazines, runways, news anchors, radio personalities, celebrities and a host of other familiar places. In addition to juggling all of these things, Angela currently operates a mentoring program for budding talent in the industry. Angela's knowledge of the beauty industry coupled with her artistic abilities and genuine personality, make her a sought after artist.
Rachel Estabrook is a New York based makeup artist. Rachel has gained her education for makeup artistry at The Make Up Forever Academy NYC in 2012. Since then she has been full force in her freelancing, getting a a taste of all aspects the industry has to offer. Such as in runway, film, tv, commercial, print, editorial, event, private clients, corporate and especially theater. Theater is Rachel's vice. She has had the pleasure and divine experience of working at Radio City Music Hall for their Spring Spectacular show in the wigs department and has also supervised quite a few off- broadway productions as the Hair Department Head. Though Rachel has been involved in the hair world, her true passion lies within makeup artistry. This is where her creativity flourishes the most! She enjoys creating bold avante grade looks, as well as designing characters and looks for theater and creative test shoots! Working most recently for the Lion King as a swing has been one of her most fulfilling jobs to date! Making up characters such as Zazu, young lions, and Pumba every night never ceases to re ignite her creative flame! She has only just begun her journey and cannot wait for the many more opportunities and experiences to come her way, so she can continue to paint her path through this one of kind city!
Stephanie Flor is a NYC based celebrity makeup artist who works regularly with industry leaders ranging from musicians to television personalities. Her clients include Mariah Carey, Eve, Sting, Kathy Griffin, and politicians Mexican President Felipe Calderon, and the Israel President Shimon Peres amongst others. She is most currently the Global Colour Pro artist for Clinique U.S and Hispanic market.
