TERRA MATER

Terra Mater's founder and owner, Carol E. Buckles, is a professional civil engineer in California and a graduate of U.C. Berkeley's renowned civil engineering program (B.S. 1978, M.S. 1979). Her previous employment prior to founding Terra Mater was at International Engineering Company, Morrison Knudsen and GEI Consultants. Ms. Buckles has considerable experience in civil engineering and regulatory compliance for hydroelectric and flood control projects. She participated in the FERC Part 12D Safety Inspection program for over 80 dams throughout California. Ms. Buckles' technical background is complemented by her MBA degree (Berkeley 1988). Ms. Buckles is now retired but would happily respond to any inquiries.
