THE DANCING SCHOOL

The Dancing School was established by Leone Simkins in 1976. ​We have been a top dance studio in the North Reading area for 40 years. At TDS, dance is taught as personal training and inspiration in grace, coordination, health, confidence, and art education. We try to preserve and cultivate the student's natural creativity in class and make learning enjoyable while teaching proper technique. When teaching children, it is important to us that their first experience with dancing, an art form, be positive and lasting. We take direct action to foster creativity in our classes. We encourage our students to learn, think, recall, create and solve problems.
