The Olive Oil Factory is family-owned and located in Fairfield, California. We offer contract manufacturing and commercialization services for your shelf-stable condiments and dressings... Although we started out in 2003 as an olive oil and vinegar house, we've expanded into a range of products, including salad dressings, chili oils, stir fry sauces, barbeque sauces, and syrups. We continue to maintain our specialty food brand here at Sonoma Harvest.
