Dr. Badola started career in DRDO at Instrument Research Development Establishment, Dehradun and was Officer-in-charge of Foundry, Carpentry, Heat treatment and Painting Sections of Design division of IRDE. He was instrumental in establishing the first hypersonic wind tunnel facility of the country at LASTEC for testing of nozzles, LASER cavities diffusers of high power gas dynamic laser(GDL) - LASTEC - DRDO and actively contributed as the team leader of pressure recovery system of Chemical Oxygen Iodine Laser which was the first COIL demonstrated at LASTEC in year 2001.
He effectively provided comprehensive solutions for image building at DRDO through DPI and made immense contributions by interacting with 52 labs of DRDO and print media and electronic media. Dr. Suranjan Pal is an Outstanding Scientist (Retd.), Defence Research & Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. He possesses 35 years of R&D experience in the field of ‘Lasers & Beam Control' and has served as Director in DRDO for more than 10 years.
During Dr. Pal's service of more than 25 years in Lastec, he was associated with project management and implementation of several projects in solid state lasers and high power laser beam control technologies, in various capacities. He was also the Technical Director - Dte of Electronics & Computer Sciences (DECS) at DRDO HQ and was engaged with techno-managerial and administrative activities of 8 ECS cluster labs. He was also the founder Director- CHESS, Hyderabad.
Dr. Pal was also engaged with BEL as Advisor (EO & Lasers) for three years from 2017, to render assistance in core areas of technologies related to Director Energy Lasers including High Power Fiber laser sources and Beam Director Optics.

At TLGS Consulting Group, Ms. Mathew is a Research, Analysis & Content Development Associate who is currently engaged in projects revolving around Airport Monetisation, e-pharmaceuticals, metro rail, and drone manufacturing - among others. Research projects involve topics like divestment & stake sales, energy efficiency, labour policy, cryptocurrency, healthcare, production-linked-incentive schemes, etc. Ms. Mathew conducts daily secondary research to develop content for business pitches, strategy & insights, industry updates, and feature pieces for the TLGS website. She has previously worked with a non-profit in the anti-trafficking domain, and as a multimedia manager in the education sector.
Mr. Garg has founded TLGS Consulting Group with an entrepreneurial vision for the Indian economy. As an indigenous Firm with deep insights of Indian business ecosystem, technological as well as regulatory landscape, headquartered in New Delhi - TLGS finds itself facilitating multidimensional consulting projects, industrial and infrastructural projects, and promoting the indigenous development of defence and dual use technologies. Mr. Garg is a member of Supreme Court Bar Association and High Court of Punjab & Haryana Bar Association. He's also a certified mediator from the High Court. Throughout his vast professional career, spanning over 4 decades, he has consulted various public & private entities and represented many important personalities.

He has over 35 years of experience in developing Airport Infrastructure: from planning to commercialization. He has setup over 60 national & international airports with over 200 million passenger capacity. Led and managed an organisation with 18,500 direct employees (100K indirect) for 10 years with over 125 airports (450 including airstrips), overseeing a massive airspace 2.8 Sq. million NM and serving over 1.5 billion passengers.
He retired in 2014 as Chairman & Managing Director, Airports Authority of India. During his tenure in AAI, he was instrumental in opening about 65 airports across the country.
Ms. Gauri Chopra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. She handles complete employee life cycle management from recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and administering employee benefits. She has vast experience in processing payroll, conducting disciplinary actions, updating policies, updating employee records and conducting cost-benefit analysis. She has successfully provided growth in the careers of all the employees affiliated with the company.
Ms. Manya Chauhan is a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) graduate from University of Delhi. She founded an Ed-Tech start-up in 2019 and has been in the core team of various youth-led start-ups promoting new-age, robust technology. Ms. Chauhan leads various projects under the Business Development vertical at TLGS, and supports the team with market research, strategy, and operational coordination.

Pratham Soni holds a bachelor's degree from SRCC (University of Delhi). He is a CFA level 2 candidate with vast experience in financial research , valuing assets, portfolio management, and equity investment. He has been involved in making investor pitches, secondary research and forming strategy for business development.
Mr Sasi is a retired Judge from Kerala Judicial Services.
