The Pride Circle Foundation is our not-for-profit enterprise which works towards addressing the needs of the underprivileged... Pride Circle's story began when Srini and Ram met at a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) conference in 2013. Srini led Human Resources and D&I at a financial software company and Ram led an LGBT Employee Resource Group (ERG) at a big technology corporation.
