Hafeez Khan, brings a wealth of experience and mentorship to the group. A veteran Canadian of Pakistani origin, has wide ranging experience in international business. He has successfully organized, built and established business entities in Canada, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Indonesia.
Ibrar Khan has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and has worked closely with a wide variety of clients helping them to achieve their business and financial goals. Ibrar concentrates in corporate and individual tax planning, corporate reorganizations, estate and will planning and tax-efficient purchases and sales of businesses. In recognition of Ibrar's special skills in tax matters, he has been retained by other professional practitioners to help their clients to resolve complex tax issues and to successfully negotiate with various tax authorities. He has also assisted clients from Asia and the Middle East to invest in Canadian business and real estate. He holds a Master of Commerce Degree and is a member of CPA Ontario, CPA Canada, and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
Marek Tufman is the founder and principal lawyer of Tufman & Associates. He has appeared extensively before all trial and appellate levels of Ontario Courts, Federal Court of Canada, Supreme Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals; he has also appeared at trials before a number of U.S. Courts (Federal and District). Mr. Tufman began his legal career in 1969 when he earned his M. Jur. Degree from the University of Lodz. He was awarded his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1977, after having taught law school for several years. Throughout his professional, career Mr. Tufman has earned three LL.M. degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School, in the areas of Jurisprudence and Criminal Law, Business Law, and Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Tufman also holds a certificate in dispute resolution from York University and is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation.
