Courtney Taft combines her love for the industry with her passion for people and helping others succeed. Before getting into the real estate business in 2005, Courtney worked as a forensic therapist helping others break poor choice patterns and empowering them to rise to their potential. Always seeing challenges as opportunities, in 2005 a significant life event led her to the field of real estate and Rookie of The year nominee in 2006. She has loved the business ever since. In 2009, Courtney launched a new market center in Solon, OH as a Team Leader. Passionate about Keller Williams models, it was there that Courtney implemented the systems to develop a highly successful business and fell in love with teaching, consulting and coaching top agents in the area, helping them break through ceilings and achieve their "Big Why".
