Geri Taitano is responsible for our front desk operations, and is our primary contact for patients, vendors and corporate guests. Geri greets all visitors, answers and routes phone calls. She also handles new patient registration intake, scheduling, private patient billing and also provides administrative help to staff.
Geri participates in the management of our building facilities, coordinating with various vendors for maintenance and repair. Supplies for the building, break room and general office, etc. are also coordinated and distributed by Geri.
Geri has an extensive background in transportation management. She has her Certificate of Completion in DOT HazMat General & Security Awareness and is responsible for any shipping of hazardous materials.

Ligia is responsible for independent management and oversight for regulatory compliance, coordination and documentation. This includes daily interaction with IRBs and Sponsors in compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines and local regulations.
After 6 years working as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, Ligia transitioned to the Regulatory Department of our company. She is also our CLIA and Pathology Coordinator, responsible for completion and monitoring of all Pathology cases related to performed biopsies or excisions.

Marc Del Bono is a Certified Medical Assistant, PACS and Clinic Lead for Therapeutics Clinical Research & Dermatology. Marc is also the clinic's Biologics Coordinator and he works closely with patients in regard to onboarding of specialty medication, biologics, injection training, patient advocacy, and education and is very fluent with the pre-certification, appeal, and approval process as a Prior Authorization Certified Specialist (PACS).
Marc Del Bono has been a CMA Biologics educator, consultant and lecturer for 5 years leading virtual lectures and discussion meetings. Marc is the Biologic Coordinators of Dermatology (BCOD) West Coast Manager for Member Education and serves as an Executive Committee Board member with the National Board of Prior Authorization Specialists (NBPAS).
Marc regularly attends education programs for systemic therapies for expanded experience in the dermatologic field and Marc's passion is dedicated to patient advocacy and positive patient outcomes.

Monique is a Certified Physician Assistant and serves as the Sub-Investigator for all of the studies at TCR. Her career in clinical research began in 2005 at the Veterans Medical Research Foundation as a Sub-Investigator and Certified Physician Assistant. She continued to work in this capacity at the Profil Institute for Clinical Research and eStudySite; and has served as the Sub-Investigator for over 100 studies prior to joining TCR.

Dr. Bhatia has extensive expertise in all facets of medical dermatology with an interest in the immunobiology of the skin. He has practiced medicine for over 20 years, and has served as Principal Investigator for numerous dermatological and cosmetological clinical studies.
Dr. Bhatia is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), is VP of the AAD through March 2022, and also sits on the Board of Directors for the AAD. He is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the Noah Worcester Dermatological Society, and is widely published and active in professional societies.
Aside from Dr. Bhatia's interest in clinical research, his main focus is patient care and serving as your doctor.
