Come browse our produce instore and stay for wine tastings, wine by the glass, wine cocktails, local produce platters and premium educational wine tasting... The Wine Hub produces cool climate wines on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Cool climate wines are preferred by many wine lovers as they are not as over powering or rich as wines made from grapes grown in warm climates. Cool climate wines are often more complex, possessing a structure and finish that works well for a range of menus. We like to describe our wines as balanced, where the many elements are in harmony... Serious yet fun - whilst we are serious about the wines we produce and services we provide, we have a lot of fun and laughs along the way.
