She is also responsible for overseeing the articles written by our coaches and publishing them on the website, as well as sharing them with our social media communities. With a first class degree in Public Relations and Communications, Beth wrote her dissertation about blogging and gained her first graduate PR job through Twitter in 2010. Since then she has worked in a global communications consultancy based in London, gained experience as a group marketing manager, and written articles for various publications, blogs, and websites. She launched her own social media business, Lemon Squeezy Marketing, in 2013. Beth is a new Mum to little Elijah, so she has personal insight into the journey from pregnancy to working parent which she is able to draw from in her role for Thriving Talent.

Caroline has over 20 years of sales and client support experience, in a variety of sectors covering financial media, exhibitions and conferences, foods and charity, and qualified as a Sophrologist in 2019.
Caroline is an organised and dependable operations manager, ensuring the smooth running of the operations of the business. Her contribution is instrumental in enabling the execution of the delivery function of the Inclusion & Diversity programme support services that Thriving Talent provides to its clients.
As a qualified Sophrologist, she is able to help individuals find their way to a healthy, relaxed body and a calm, alert mind, through the use of easy-to-do physical and mental exercises that can be done anytime, anywhere. Her approach is engaging, open and compassionate. Her work allows clients to find calmness and appreciation of their lives.
Working with Thriving Talent allows Caroline to combine her business experience with a focus on supporting both the individuals within a company and the company as a whole - ultimately assisting each client to become an employer which respects, supports and values its people.

A seasoned business-minded coach, Catherine has 20 years of experience across sectors and geographies in management consulting, executive search, and today, professional coaching.
Having lived across Europe, changed career path several times and as a mother of two, Catherine has been working as an independent professional coach since 2013. She understands what it takes to re-define what ambition and quality of life mean to you, today. She particularly cherishes the coaching work which aims at rebalancing the "work/life/ambition/values/family/couple/self" equation.
She developed a niche working with people who are on a professional journey or transition of any kind. First, as a coach, she will question, challenge, encourage and also gently confront you: you will become who you are. Then, as a former headhunter, she will guide you to refine your career strategy to land your next professional challenge.

He has gained particularly extensive expertise in the field of consulting for recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding, using innovative technologies. He knows the exact needs of existing employees and the requirements of candidates in their job search for a company. He also knows how companies can successfully position themselves in the highly competitive market.
In his daily work, Dino distinguishes himself through his proactivity, networked thinking and empathy. He is extremely curious and strives to learn everything about his clients and their environment and changes. Through this approach, he identifies customer needs quickly and precisely and links them to ideal solutions. From his perspective, this forms the basis for building sustainable and long-term customer relationships.
Dino was born in Switzerland as the son of Bosnian immigrants and grew up in a multicultural environment. These experiences have taught him the meaning and importance of diversity and how successfully different cultures can be shaped into something pleasant and sustainable.
When not working, Dino produces music with his analogue synthesizers, doing sports, attending cultural events, loves to cook and is always discovering the wonderful sides of vegan cuisine.

And after taking time off to travel between every job change, Eleanor has a personal interest in non-linear career development and enabling people to fulfill their passions and personal values on the job.
Eleanor grew up in Basel and now lives in Zürich with her partner. Her life is always a balance between working passionately and filling every minute of her time off work with adventures - be it hiking up a mountain, swimming or diving in a lake, horseback riding, running, or catching up with friends over a cold beer or a nice meal.

Essi has over 10 years of experience in managing client relationships with major international corporations and sponsors of global sporting events as well as complex multi-stakeholder projects. She is a people-person and enjoys meeting people from different cultures and building long-lasting relationships. She is organised and effective in creating transparent procedures to ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Born and raised in Finland, Essi has first hand experience on the impact of good work-life balance on families wellbeing, work performance and women's career development. She moved to Switzerland in 2006 and now lives in Geneva with her Canadian husband and two multi-national (and multi-lingual) daughters. After taking a long parental break, Essi joined Thriving Talent in May 2022 and is extremely motivated to help make a positive change for families and the working population in general.

Jana is a digital native with over 15 years of digital marketing experience. She's worked on the agency side, as well as the client side so she understands the importance of project goals, deadlines, communication, and most importantly - delivering results.
For 7 years she has worked at UNICEF's international fundraising headquarters in Switzerland, in the digital fundraising team, where she was responsible for UNICEF's global online fundraising platform. She planned, executed and monitored digital fundraising campaigns in the area of paid search, email marketing and search engine optimization.
Jana was also the project leader for redesigning and revamping of UNICEF's global fundraising website, integrating the latest online payment technology which supported numerous currencies and languages allowing anyone to quickly and easily donate online.
She also supported 40+ national and regional offices in their online marketing efforts by providing hands-on support or consulting.
Her passion is understanding different aspects of digital marketing, connecting them with the company's goals and ambitions, and executing projects to reach those goals.
