Mr. Michael Flournoy

Mr. Michael Flournoy is the owner and founder of Titan Capital Inc., which provides customized strategic solutions in crisis management, brand perception and investments. Collectively, the Titan Capital staff, and owner bring over 50 years of successfully managing both large and small development projects within the Business Development, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Logistics and Training and Development industries. Michael brings over ten years of business owner experience and professional development to his clients and staff. He has successfully brokered international trade deals as well as residential Real Estate Acquisitions Projects and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Michael served nine years in the military and after successfully transitioning out of the military pursued and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Master of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix with the assistance of the GI Bill. As a sailor in the U.S. Navy, traveling the world, Michael dreamed of pursing entrepreneurship and building a family-owned business when he returned to civilian life.

Ms. Tawanna Heyward-Bey

brings over twenty-nine years of Business Development, Human Resources, Training and Development and Facilities Management experience. She has managed and trained staff, prepared and developed pre-contract planning and reviewed specifications and transition staffing projects. She has procured projects for both private, public and government including Prism Electric, Bombardier, Follett Software, DFW International Airport and many others. Ms. Tawanna Heyward-Bey manages and directs projects vital to Titan Capital, Inc., and its clients of the construction industry, logistics management, Human Resources, Training, and employee relations. Ms. Tawanna Heyward-Bey served as a Board of Director on the Greater Southwest Black Chamber of Commerce for two terms; she holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Business Management and an Associates of Arts in Business Fundamentals from the University of Phoenix; she is also a 2006 graduate of the Construction Management Program from the Turner School of Construction, Dallas, Texas.
