For Customers, we associate value and impact to the use of a product a or service. For Employees of a company, we associate value and impact to their belief in what they are doing that contributes to a company's vision...
We put time and effort in creating resources, training, sharepoint sites and more to help our teams with their enablement. We also then get frustrated when our teams do not consume these resources and find ourselves putting our requirements for compliance and getting nowhere.
