We focus on emerging European technologies that can gain significant value when commercialized in the North American market. Our ideal life-cycle from partnership to acquisition is two to three years... Once we have confirmed proof of concept and market readiness, we restructure the investment, and the innovation joins our family of portfolio companies in the Caribbean (Puerto Rico), with the founders and Tributary Ventures becoming co-owners. As co-owners, we have a keen mutual interest in the success of the innovation, and strategically position the new portfolio company to gain significant value from this move... We seek capable and creative innovators that focus on emerging or disruptive technologies. We work with candidates and our network to ensure each concept meets minimal North American market needs.
