Planning a trade show can be more difficult and complicated especially when we have no or very little knowledge on the subject. It also requires a lot of time in the development of the strategy and action plan to implement in order to achieve your goals and get excellent results. Unfortunately, this is often underestimated and the majority of the budget will go into the kiosk construction, year after year, without necessarily taking the time to ask our self the right questions... Good preparation (before, during and after the show) will be as much or more important than just a kiosk to get to stand out and make themselves known. With proper planning and execution, trade shows can bring excellent business opportunities and develop new markets.
